How important is historical and cultural contexts in anachronistic cases? For example we all know back in the day many things that were accepted and the norm are now admonished and illegal. Like drug culture and sex back in the day was so gray that it was a whole different world from now. How fair can it be that one man be the scapegoat for what has been practiced by MANY men in the past, celebrity and not, and women verbally or implicitly consented. How the fuck can you rape 50 plus women and not get caught then 20 some years later they think oh the rules have changed, we can pin him now, clearly there is something fishy going on. I don't think this can be classified as a legal rape case. Plus no evidence whatsoever. The motivations and thought process behind the accusers seems sketchy.

Tbf that's pretty reasonable. If you've just lost a fight against someone who clearly is trying to take you alive, and they're just standing there talking to you, then odds are they won't kill you on the spot. They want something else first, so you're safe for a few minutes at least.
