Why wasn't he a tsundere girl instead? Would have been much better, especially if Femalfoy ended up with Harry in the end, redeeming herself.

Because the author is a woman, senpai. And women, especially straight onesthough a lot of lesbian ones as wellare more turned on by men and boys, than girls. Thus it's more interesting for them to write hot men\boys. While writing hot girls is uncomfortable - it can activate an inferiority complex. And every woman, even the one you would consider attractive, actually has a huge inferiority complex and is constantly afraid of being displaced by a more attractive and desirable woman. But when she writes mainly about men (or ugly, nerdy, slutty, in other ways disadvantaged women), it's safer and she can move into a realm of pure wish fulfillment.

The Red Pill chronicles Jaye’s journey beginning as a skeptical feminist investigating what she believes to be a hate movement. She goes on to discover that the movement is different from what she expected and begins to question her own views on gender, power, and privilege. The film discusses numerous issues facing men and boys such as male suicide rates, workplace fatalities and high-risk jobs, false allegations of rape, military conscription, lack of services for male victims of domestic violence and rape, higher rates of violent victimization, issues concerning divorce and child custody, disparity in criminal sentencing, disproportionate funding and research on men's health issues, educational inequality, societal tolerance of misandry, and men's lack of reproductive rights.[1][2][3][4] It includes numerous interviews with men’s rights activists and those supportive of the movement, most notably Paul Elam,[2] founder of A Voice for Men; Harry Crouch,[2] president of the National Coalition for Men; Warren Farrell,[2] author of The Myth of Male Power; and Erin Pizzey,[2] who started the first domestic violence shelter in the modern world. It also includes interviews with feminists critical of the movement, such as Ms. magazine executive editor Katherine Spillar,[5] and sociologist Michael Kimmel.[3] It also contains excerpts from Jaye’s video diary.

It's extra funny because Rowling is a huge cultural marxist otherwise
I don't know, but what he certainly does have is the role as the titular main character in one of the dullest franchises in the history of movie franchises? Each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Aside from the gloomy imagery, the series’ only consistency has been its lack of excitement and ineffective use of special effects, all to make magic unmagical, to make action seem inert.
Perhaps the die was cast when Rowling vetoed the idea of Spielberg directing the series; she made sure the series would never be mistaken for a work of art that meant anything to anybody?just ridiculously profitable cross-promotion for her books. The Harry Potter series might be anti-Christian (or not), but it’s certainly the anti-James Bond series in its refusal of wonder, beauty and excitement. No one wants to face that fact. Now, thankfully, they no longer have to.
>a-at least the books were good though r-right
"No!"
The writing is dreadful; the book was terrible. As I read, I noticed that every time a character went for a walk, the author wrote instead that the character "stretched his legs."
I began marking on the back of an envelope every time that phrase was repeated. I stopped only after I had marked the envelope several dozen times. I was incredulous. Rowling's mind is so governed by cliches and dead metaphors that she has no other style of writing. Later I read a lavish, loving review of Harry Potter by the same Stephen King. He wrote something to the effect of, "If these kids are reading Harry Potter at 11 or 12, then when they get older they will go on to read Stephen King." And he was quite right. He was not being ironic. When you read "Harry Potter" you are, in fact, trained to read Stephen King.
It was a different time
