>Showtime’s “Billions” doesn’t premiere until Feb. 19, but producers say the show’s second season will feature “fresh, exciting energy,” courtesy of a new character that’s believed to be a first for mainstream television.
>Asia Kate Dillon, whose credits include “Orange is the New Black” and “Master of None,” joins the “Billions” cast as Taylor, a new intern at Axe Capital, the hedge fund run by billionaire Bobby “Axe” Axelrod (Damian Lewis). What makes the casting so groundbreaking is that both Dillon and Taylor self-identify as gender non-conforming.
>Dillon, who uses the singular pronoun “they” for identification, told The Huffington Post that learning to “navigate the ethically murky world of finance” as the first gender non-binary character on a major TV series was a “delicious” opportunity.
>“As someone who is non-binary gender identifying, I feel a particular responsibility to portray members of my community on stage and on screen, not only as fully fleshed-out characters who are integral to the plot, but as characters whose gender identity is just one of many parts that make up the whole person,” Dillon, who hails from Ithaca, New York, said. “I also feel I have a responsibility to portray members of my community as accepted, loved and valued.”
I love these /pol/ triggering threads.

Shit just got real.
The main character of the last movie you watched is now sent to hunt you down.
The main character of the last TV show you watched is your bodyguard.
How fucked are you?
Raymond Shaw is coming for me and Mark Corrigan is my bodyguard. Fair to say i'm fucked
What an awful thread.
Dracula played by Adam Sandler is hunting me down. Tony Sopranos is my bodyguard. I'll be fine.
Anyone else watch My 600 Pound Life?
Reminder if you weigh over 160 pounds you should kill yourself.

Was a great episode. But I know you cunts have no interest in discussing it.
So fucking kill yourselves.
>>79614739
are memeing or are you discussing? be veeery careful now
It's the one where Jake says nigger, and they tackle racism ham-fistedly.
Why did DS9 tackle the subject so poorly, while TOS did it without people noticing right away?
Abe Lincoln calls Uhura a Negress, he apologizes, and she replies that they have learned not to fear words.
How badly will Discovery tackle similar issues?

Why the fuck would you even watch this?
>>79744114
So I could rightfully hate it
>implying its not worth it for the robotic chipmunk
I really enjoyed this show, it was tight and had a strong finish. You should give it a chance, this is the type of television that there should be more of, based around writing and character interaction rather than big budget and some confusing epic story adapted from a book.
Anyone else a fan?
ted danson is a jew

I liked it, but i guessed the surprise ending in like episode 7.
it was fine, gave me at least 1 solid laugh every episode
Do you know anything about hackers? Can you jam with the console cowboys in cyberspace? Ever read Neuromancer? Ever experienced the new wave? Next wave? Dream wave? OR cyberpunk?

Even if they left in the laptop to control the robotic arm what would you do with it in your car
It's amazing watching this show today and how outdated all the tech they put into the car is
