>not allowed to watch her own movie
In Poland we don't give a shit and there was lots of childern in theater. I once saw one on wolf of wall street with parents. Probably thought it would be a cartoon or something.
Little girl is half european so she will watch it. America is so fuckin puritan. No wonder europeans kicked your asses far far away

movie ratings aren't fucking laws, theaters simply require parental supervision for the children while they watch gratuitous violence and sex on super huge screens being blasted with surround sound of simultaneous orgasm and death rattle

Why does it feel so unfair when celebrities of tv/nutv/movies make so much money with so little afford when a technician that supports them does get nothing at all compared to them for the same or more effort? Why do people pay them so much. Do they long for sex so much, or is it all a scam, created by the medium of mass projection of video itself?
Because they're the product and the technicians aren't
Because what they offer is a valuable commodity
> sperg about a video game with friends while being drunk
> get paid 10,000,000 dollars from youtube ads
life is unfair and it sucks
What is your opinion on this show?
Great. Good humor (dark at times), with endearing characters and good emotional power without feeling sappy or shallow.
Hate using buzzwords, but this shit is the epitome of "Comfy".
>>80026422
>Comfy
>Buzzword
I wish. Critics need to start rating based on comfy.
boring
I need some comfykino to watch, I'm coming back from a week-long conference and I want to order pizza and get high like a college student.

It was a dumb fluke gimmick that paid off once
Much like the Wii. it will be attempted again and again and fail again and again. Will be fun to shitpost about

>Damn this wasn't half bad.
Exactly. It's just ok shit that's rehashed from other better films and stories
>7 years later

So this douche says to Matt Damon: "Yeah, but I'll have a degree, and you'll be serving fries to my kids at a drive-through on our way to a skiing trip."
Damon replies: "That may be, but at least I won't be unoriginal."
I mean, I get where he's coming from, since the guy was plagiarizing various authors to impress chicks and embarrass his friend, but working at a drive-through when you don't have a degree is one of the most unoriginal things you can do with your life, so his point sort of falls flat.
Am I the only one who has this issue with this particular scene?
>>80153772
Good Will Hunting it's a dumb movie, let it go

Won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay, tho.

What's /tv/ honest opinion of this movie, and why does David Lynch hates it?
It's basically a quick rundown of a book with all nuance lost
>>80025566
I love it.
>inb4 book autists
It's a great dark science-fantasy movie. The aesthetic is fucking superb. Lynch has to ease up a bit and own it already. The shorter cut is legit great.
People saying its "omg worst movie ever" are bandwagoners and book autists who haven't learned how to compartmentalize and treat the source material and adaptaion like a complimentary package, like people do with Blade Runner which is about as seperate in terms of staying true.
It's pure kino.
I DID NOT SAY THIS, I AM NOT HERE
If Steven Seagal was a seagull, he would be Steven Seagull
If Steven Seagal was fat, he would be Steven Seagal
>>80025544
If steven seagal was a faggot he'd be OP
Holy shit.
I mean I know it is just a video game movie and the last in a long line of terrible films but still.
Holy shit. That was a C movie script with B movie CGI and independent porn agency level acting.
Who was this movie made for? Why was it even made? It was just so bad. It didn't even appeal to the fans by making it cheesy but familiar. Everything was rushed and forced and the fights were like watching an epileptic fuck a strobe light.
Why in the hell did they make this film?
>>80153713
Money
>>80153733
but WHERE?
Who in the fuck would pay them for this? I am a die hard RE fan. I would not even throw money at this in the thin hopes they'd make another.
