I am ready to watch the X-men series. I haven't seen any of the movies, and I'm wondering which I should watch, and in what order.
I don't mind skipping the mediocres, read the wiki on them and watching only the "highlights", like the Quicksilver scene from Apocalypse.
srs answers/discussion would be great.
Release order you fucking faggot what the fuck is your problem jesus christ

What did he mean by this?
That he has personal experience
>>80058663

Watching the original mission impossible, and noticed how incredible the woman is, like insanely beautiful google her and find out what she looks like now, wtf, why do men age so well compared to women
>>80058382
>age

Her in the film for context, I know it's been like 25 years but come on, look at Tom cruise he's still banging
>>80058434
Right? She looks like she aged fairly well otherwise.
Not to be annoying and start yet another Sopranos thread but I was watching the episode where Anthony Jr attempts to kill himself.
Did anyone else notice how in the scene where Tony's talking about his kids and his history with depression with Melfi-and like I might be just imagining things but it was one of those rare moments where I feel like Gandolfini was so close-or did-break character. Like I can hear Gandolfini in there. His voice cracks and you can hear the accent slip a couple times It was so powerful and I just wanted to share that. Did anyone else notice this?
>>80058333
Haven't seen that episode yet, but I noticed those trips.
>>80058333
he was a very very good actor
>>80060057
That's the truth. I hate that we missed on old wise man Gandolfini.
>Childhood is idolizing Tommy
>Adulthood is realizing Batts was right
Didn't the guy who played batts get revenge on joe Pescis character in Casino?
>>80059669
He murdered him a lil bit.
is that phil leonardo?
let's get another Peep Show thread going lads. Favourite lines? Who do you see the most of yourself in? What are some of the most relatable scenarios?
Upon a recent rewatch, I must say I love the ways in which characters are set up in a way that makes them dislikeable. There's a lot of subtle references to the British class system - I'm thinking things like "Portenzia" and "Tea for the huntsmen!"

I see more of myself in Mark than I would prefer...
After several failed attempts to socialize, I've adopted a policy based on a line of Mark, I call it the "Compound Policy".
>"Just stay mute, Mark, you're a social freak, remain in your compound."
Every time I'm tempted to say anything to anyone in a social relation, I remember this line and I shut myself up. It has saved me from embarrassment many times since I began doing this.
When did directors start showing nudity in their films?
What are the earliest boobies you can find in film? Far as I can tell, directors until the 70s let the audience insinuate sex scenes.
>>80058043
You can spot some tits in Griffith's Intolerance from 1916.

>Well, I will do you a favor and only tell you the name of my absolute favorite film: Stalker by Andrei Tarkovsky. It had a very low budget, I am sure, it is very slow and artistic, but if you are into philosophy and really deep movies this one is the best. I saw it first time in the late 80ies or early 90ies, on Norwegian TV, and I have seen a lot of movies since then, but this one is still the best in my eyes.
damn...

>my eyes have seen the glory of the trampling at the zoo
>we washed ourselves in niggers blood and all the mongrels too

>the white man marches on
What did he mean by this?
He meant that he's a drumpf supporter
He's not a racist, he only voted Drumpf for the jobs
>>80057634
That even low IQ people know that niggers are a fucking cancer that needs to be removed.
>It seems the closer to the spectrum an actor can perform, the higher people here rate them. It really greases the cogs.
Someone posted this earlier and it got the ol' nuggets rattling. Do you think it's true, /tv/?
>>80057592
This and taxi driver are the greatest movies ever made.
Stay cucked friendo
>>80057592
>he thinks the Goose is acting
Well if an actor is meant to be playing an asspie then yeah I'm going to rate them if the acting is authentic
What's the alternative, rating someone who isn't capable of putting on a convincing performance?
Protip: You can't
