When did you first realize that DC Films is superior to MCU?
>>80371514
>starring in a DC film killed Antje's career
>>80371543
Didn't really have a career prior to that.
Come have a sit anon and pitch us your movie.

It starts with a big guy getting onto a plane...
Goodfellas but fun
What is Lucas doing here?
what did /tv/ think of The Mentalist?
>>80371297

Psych was better.
>>80371409

>le knuckle tap underwood meme
>Watching Seinfeld
>Kramer appears on screen
>Americlap audience starts clapping and won't stop for several seconds to a full minute
Why? He wasn't even gone long. IF he was gone nearly the whole episode I could understand, but this is in the first couple minutes of the damn show.
How does Kramer afford to live in Manhattan?

What's with all the quips? Why can't we get a serious JLA?
Because you faggots complained about MoS and BvS being too serious. Thanks a lot.
>>80371118
This. I still have hope that Snyder has put his own personal stamp on the material though.
>>80371051
ever read a superhero comic?
My name is Steve McQueen and this is Jumping over the National Socialist fence.
Why did you make this thread? I'd love to talk about The Great Escape but memeposting never leads to good discussion.
Can anyone dispute it was so stupid for James Garners Character to take the Blind English dude on a joyride through Nazi Germany.
>>80371039
>no Americans at all involved in the Great Escape
>Hollywood invents one
Who else would like to see this as a movie or series (of movies)? I can't believe it hasn't been made yet. Opinions?Ideas on its execution?
Shameless bumping for the sake of psychohistory
>>80371022
It would be tough to do given the huge time line but i would watch it.
I would like to see a robot series first though.
nah too ambitious, some things cant be translated to the screen
>Watch British crime film

>white """"""""""""man""""""""" is able to please women
I thought I was watching a movie set in reality, not high fantasy
Can someone smarter than me please come talk about this movie? (or point me to a good discussion somewhere else)
I really liked the surface story, but I am unsure of some of the deeper meaning.
>>80371011
yeah he was a singer and was sad
Some people arejust stuck in their self destructive tendencies, whether it's conscious or not.
Oscar Isaac gets woman pregnant, twice. He tells his sister to put his sailors card out on the curb, rude to the old couple, he gives up royalties from a clearly soon-to-be-hit for some fast cash. The crème de la crème as it were of this is when he's walking forward in a small patch of ankle high snow, when it's dry all around him, he's just stuck in is ways and clearly takes the hardest possible path in life.
He has a chance to redeem himself, if only for a couple of minutes, on the highway. He instead, of course, keeps on driving down the same old self-destructive road he's always been on. The one that leaves you beaten up in an alley while someone better "makes it". In his own words "you're uncle's an asshole" (or whatever he tells his nephew i dont remember)
then there's tons of symbolism with the cat and depression other small shit, but i'm late for work and haven't watched it in years.
if you're looking for a real place to discuss movies head to reddit/r/truefilms, just google "true film inside llewyn davis" and i'm sure you'll get some discussions
Llewyn is the cat
As a straight man, I found this guy incredibly charismatic and charming. Almost sexy.
Why's he so dreamy, bros?
>>80371003
Pederastic fucking homosex!
>>80371003
He is like evil version of Weasel from Deadpool.
He jobbed to everyone and everything in the movie though.
>Gets knocked out by a child
>Beaten up by Logan despite having dozens of men on his side
>Brain reduced to mush by a crippled old man
>Jobbed to a guy locked in a cage
>Beaten up by Logan again despite having dozens of men on his side
>Gets his robot hand dismembered for the second time
>Defeated again by literal children
>Last words were a plea for mercy
This comes out in 10 days, without the nostalgia goggles how bad do you think it's going to be?
>Nostalgia goggles
That's like having nostalgia goggles for the Conan the Barbarian
This is going to suck ass because it's another "Take cheesy old thing and remove all the fucking cheese that made it charming"
>>80371018
Conan the barbarian remake that is
>>80370982
I'm not interested in watching it mainly because the red ranger looks weird. There's something femfaggy about his face maybe because there's some kind of eyemascara thing going on with his eyes. And he looks old like one of those progeria people.
>it ain't me starts playing
>>80370818
I don't think that's what the song is actually called.
