Music videos count as kino.

There are some aesthetic ideas that really will never fully find realization in film but more in music and music videos. This was a particular late 80s early 90s dreamy laying in the fields thing that you'd get in neopsychedelia and shoegaze of the time but I don't think too many movies every really definitively captured it as much as just certain music videos / album covers / music did.

The closest thing where there are bits of that sensibility would be My Own Private Idaho with its beautiful losers and shots of deserts and cloudy skies, and Nowhere, with its androgynous prettyboys with hair in their eyes, gooey colors, and Shoegaze soundtrack.

If you want maybe something with some blissing out in nature, but are okay with it not being from that shoegaze or 90s period, Picnic at Hanging Rock has some drifty dreamy shots of ecstasy in nature. Also see some of the blurry cinematography in Walkabout.
