Let's do this. Should be a good episode based on the beginning fight.
I love how flat this show fell. Just more proof that a TV show with a chinese main character is never gonna succeed.

I'm liking it so far. The action is solid and The Baron is alive (for now).
Working on a project about drug trafficking, mostly small time heroin and pills, so I'm looking for crime and drug underworld type shows and movies. Seen The Wire, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, The Bridge, Pusher series. I know most of those are kind of over the top though so there's gotta be better stuff out there.
What else you got? Docs are cool too. Share recs, links, stories, etc.

Narcos
City of God
The combined total of everything in that picture is under $750

>>81206155
Not sure if memeing but they already cast Cyborg months ago, hell the trailer came out with cyborg in it well before you posted this.

>animated family film beats niche anime adaptation
Are we supposed to be surprised by this?
>NORMIES GET OUT OF MY ANIMES REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Shut the fuck up weebot.
>>81205775
>niche anime adaptation
Marvel and DC should just give up. The perfect capeshit has already been made
>>81205620
Syndrome was a pretty good villain.
>>81205620
How has this not been milked to death with a million sequels and prequels and downgraded series like they do with every other succesful animated movie is short of shocking.
>>81205620
honestly one of the funniest "kid" movies I've ever seen.
This was so beautiful. Murder me
>>81205272
what movie is this? is it a harry potter movie? I pretty much read all the books as they came out (when I started reading the first 2 were already out) but stoped caring about the movies after the fourth or fifth one (basically after the books ended) but I might go back and finish watching the movies someday
>>81206228
This is Deathly Hallows part 1, one of two contenders for best film in the franchise
>>81205272
>murder me
No I won't
VAGINAED

I think we're the only two who watched this. Fantastic ending. The juxtaposition of the waves crashing and the closing fight waskino
well because this is so obscure, I find it attractive. I'm not into popular things, they're popular. No bonus points for enjoying that shit.
What is this? I'll watch it, for my benefit
Why did they have to lie? Seemed like a pretty sure self defense case. The last 5 minutes of investigation/interrogation seemed unnecessary.
Are live action anime adaptations going to be the next big thing after normies get sick of capeshit
We're already starting to see it to an extent, and anime is already fairly mainstream and not as "nerdy" as it used to be.
>>81205215
The problem is that there hasn't been a really "successful" anime adaptation so far. GitS seems to be flopping, and I don't expect Death Note to do especially well (by Netflix standards). What propelled capeshit was stuff like Raimi's Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Dark Knight, etc.
>>81205215
GitS is flopping hard so far, and DeathNote looks nothing like the original source, so I doubt it.
>>81205643
DBZ is popular even among normies. Rappers talk about anime in their songs. It's quite likely that anime will be the next big "nerdy" thing that the mainstream latches on to
Who buys a wii in 2017?
Donald TrumpProstitutes to wii on him
Who says the movie is set in 2017?
It's a Wii U
Wow, this was a trillion times better than I expected it to be
It wasn't even funny
Agreed. The most underappreciated comedy of all time along with MacGruber.

Does anybody else desperately want an Aliens porn parody where Colette Ferro is played by Ashley Fires and she says "You're in my pipe, 5x5" as she's getting gangbanged by like 5 dudes?
Also Aliens thread

How did he know what it was? Even if you give me some stupid answer about magic (no time travel or foreknowledge powers are ever indicated), why the FUCK would Genie make a Disney World reference to a bunch of Iron Age camel fuckers?
This shit makes no sense. I turned it off right after this because it took me the fuck out of the movie.
>>81204324
BUMP BUMP
>>81204324
hes magic lol
>>81204324
It's a kids movie.
Isn't is about time we had a good ol' fashioned Simpsons thread?
>Celebrity voice says literally one word of dialogue
What is even the point?
>>81201507
Which celebrity 'Literally' says one word?
>>81201613
Each of the baseball players, whoever they are. Maybe it's not just one word.
Superman kneels on the ground. Earth is safe. Zod is defeated. The Kryptonians no longer pose any threat to the planet, but at what cost? Superman has become what he swore to destroy, a killer. Will he be able to keep being Superman? Will he even be able to live with himself knowing he killed one of his own kind? Exhausted from the battle and mentally drained, he screams with all that remains of his might "DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ORANGE SLICES?"

Even though I thought Man of Steel was shit I still kekd
Even if you like or dislike these films it goes without saying that both sides completely fucking ruined this /tv/
>>81204374
Man of Steel is literally a masterpiece even outside the realm of Capeshit.
Go stick with Anime, that seems more your style
After watching all the Star Trek series except for TOS, I just finished season 1 of TOS, and I like it.
The episodes are a bit crude due to the age of the series, but it's surprisingly good.
The "sexism" is refreshing and entertaining actually.
The episodes where "we found a class M planet just like Earth except _____ happened differently in history" episodes are really jarring for me. I know it was to save money so they could produce episodes on existing lots, but it doesn't feel like it fits with the rest of Trek, especially since that concept was abandoned as soon as their budgets increased marginally in future seasons and movies.
>>81204250
Season 1 is the best one, 2 is great at the beginning but then it falls apart and 3 is the worst
>>81204788
the only episode of season 3 I don't like is Spock's Brain
