Was there a predator? How did Dutch's team really die? The movie goes to great lenghts to suggest that there was no alien at all.
Are you literally retarded?
Delete this shit.
>>82898615
I have a point
>>82898361
Shit meme you're trying to start. I suggest we bring back a classic instead.
One is a big budget IMAX collaboration and the other is a CW series made from pennies
Meh for both
>>82898354
Both topkek worth.
Oh. Which is which?
Let's face it. The only people who don't like super hero films are uppity self righteous joyless twats. These people are always miserable and angry. They always have an opinion about something they hate. In fact all they talk about is stuff they hate. They live such miserable worthless lives. Their opinions should automatically be ignored.
>i dont have a job but i fight about superhero movies online
truly the greatest generation!

I'd enjoy them more if they didn't spit out a dozen of them a year with the same generic characters and plots.
>[1] "According to a October 1996 article in Rolling Stone Magazine, Matt LeBlanc who portrayed Joey Tribiani on the hit NBC 90's sitcom 'Friends' was completely unaware that the Ross doppleganger 'Russ' was played by the same actor. 'It was really weird', says co-star Lisa Kudrow, 'Matt would keep saying "wow, this guy really looks like David [Schwimmer]" and "how come David isn't around on the set to meet this guy!". 'It was so unreal, but we just didn't have the heart to tell him.'

Deepest lore
>>82898205
TIL
Wait... It was David schwimmer?
I thought they just got some random lookalike?
hey /tv/, can you red pill me on dabo girls? are they prostitutes or something else?
They're just female croupiers for dabo. They have a reputation for being sluts because they'll flirt with betas to get them to spend their money at the table, but they won't do anything with the customers.
>>82898086
They're contractually obligated to sexually please Quark till that one girl complains to Sisko halfway through the series
>>82898276
I think it's more likely he was just lying to that woman when he said it was a standard clause in their contracts.
Although the idea of Quark cucking Jake is pretty amusing.
Pic related is the best movie of all time
Refute this
Rape scene
Correct. As long as you mean the Final Cut.
>>82898000
it MIGHT belong on a list of the 10 best scifi movies ever made, or an argument could conceivably be made as to why it deserves to be on the list of 1000 best movies of all time... but best movie ever made- no fucking way, not even close
What are some good movies about the tragic consequences of drug abuse and addiction?
I've already seen Requiem For A Dream by Darren Aronofsky starring Jared Leto

The Boost
Clean And Sober
PLEASE tell me its AT LEAST better than Alien:Resurrection and Prometheus!!
Marginally.
>>82897831
It is. But prepare for frustratingly dumb humans.
Fassbernder carries the movie.
I jsut saw it an hour ago but I think
Alien>Aliens>Convenant>Prometheus>Batman: Back Alley>Alien3>Ressurection>Avp>AvP2
>>82897831
It's better than Resurrection. But I preferred Prometheus to Covenant. This has too little plot beyond David being David, characters are pretty one note and it's just far too straightforward.
I came out of it thinking I wanted less Xenomorphs and more David playing mad God.
I liked it.
But why is it considered one of the best movies ever made?
Because it's one of the best movies ever made.
because it has a black man as one of the main characters
>>82897711
But it's not considered one of the best movies ever made.
What the fuck
>The CW announced the event at its Upfronts presentation Thursday morning. The episode will feature animated versions of Supernatural's main characters, solving a mystery with Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Freddy, and Velma.
>At this point, there hasn't been any info as to when the episode will air, or what crime the team will be aiming to solve.
>>82897543
Holy shit is this legit??? Pls yes
>>82897543
i have not seen this show since season 9 but its always been at its best when it does not take itself seriously.
Lmao nice
Regardless of it BTFO capeshit, this was a great action film
Why no love, /tv/?
>>82897482
7>8>6>5
It is no question better than all the capeshit since what should be able to happen is in the ceiling of reality and it goes over the top all the time, capeshit has a very high ceiling since they have super powers they never even reach the top
HMMMM...
Going to see it tonight for the first time.
As being a bigger fan of the older Alien films what can I expect out of this one /tv/?
it's basically prometheus but all of the obnoxious plotholes/shitty character development/pretty much everything that was bad about that film is somehow even worse and even more obnoxious now
have fun
A pattern I'm noticing is that everyone is a fan of the franchise, but no one is a fan of Scott's filmmaking. The franchise is a series of movies, and it wouldn't exist without Scott's filmmaking. Why are people fans of Alien?
>>82897639
>A pattern I'm noticing is that everyone is a fan of the franchise, but no one is a fan of Scott's filmmaking.
More like everyone like Scott filmmaking from his early beginings to Thelma & Louise. Scott become more and more shit with the years, until the hack he become now.
How would you rate his performance?

His Chad roommate was seriously nice, all things considered. I couldn't handle that amount of autism.
>>82897293
>when you're trying to reach out and be a bro in the only way you know how, but the autism is too strong
dude your room's a mess
Just watched Fight Club for the first time, is it good?
>>82897270
KYS
>watched a movie
>needs validation to know if good
day of the rope when
>>82897270
yeah, but /tv/ pretends to hate it to be cool
What is your opinion on Ridley Scott?
Is he a good filmmaker?
>>82897127
He's not even a good Scotsman.
>>82897127
he's from northern england but doesn't have a northern english accent
fucking traitor
>>82897127
He has been consistently one of the best working directors in Hollywood for 40 years.
