what is this odd comfy vibe i feel when i watch steven spielberg movies? everything seems so quaint and simple despite the incredible things happening in the movies.

i don't think it's nostalgia because i wasn't even alive when most of these movies came out, and some I didn't watch until i was an adult. also, his movie range from the 70s, 80s and 90s, so i don't think it's because they're old.

i can't quite put my finger on it. anyone else know this feeling?

yea but hes totally lost it over the last two decades or so, and i think all his sci-fi is overrated

i get that feeling youre talking about the most with raiders and empire of the sun, oddly.. and bttf even tho that was zemeckis

everything after jurassic park feels like it was made by someone else, the magic just isnt there anymore even if some of them are still good movies

>Have arm over her
>decide to ask her if she wanted to date on the drive back to her place
>she says no cause muh friends

>later find out its cause I'm too short (i'm 5'2 she's 5'4)

Now whenever I watch Sing Street It brings back that memory.

Sos this guy coughs something fierce and and it starts smelling something fierce. This guy shit right there on the floor and Manny ran out the back. I couldn't tell, but my senses just triggered. A shit pile wider than a New York sewer lip was crammed full of bricks of cocaine. You know me, Joe Rogan, I ain't passing up something like that. I did a line right there on my capicola and got the fuck out of dodge to go meet James Earl Jones for drinks at Trump Tower. Can you fuckin' believe that Joe Rogen?

Hey /tv/, I'm trying to find an interesting series I found on youtube a while back, around 2015 or 2016. It was a series of these Polish fairy tales, done like mini movies. It was really good, and I've been looking high and low, but I can't find it anywhere.

I only remember a couple of episodes, the first one had a couple of guys going out on a fishing trip, they come across a military cordon, and then have an encounter with a Cockatrice.

The second episode featured this big military motherfucker in a kick ass dropship, who referred to himself as "the Dragon". He abducts girls, and this nerd with a robot fetish tricks him and takes him down.

Anyone know where I could find this? Also, anyone who's not seen it, if it's found, I can recommend it for being pretty interesting.
