dishonest film.
>Hazel:Oh! Oh my god, my face! He's mating with my mouth!
>Kenneth:He likes you!
How did a network sitcom get away with this?
>>84281469
Same way they got away with blackface three times.
>>84282071
Yeah, but that was at least funny and ironic. This is full on bestiality (Tracy later comments that the lizard told him she is just a tease). Come to think of it,30 rock got away with a lot of things, they showed Pete raping his wife.

>greatest show season of 2017 wasnt live action
When will Hollywood step up their game? They are competing with the big boys in the east after all.
I don't know, man... I've read the manga back in 2013. It's kinda late to talk about this series now.
>>84281468
Best anime in years, nothing else even comes close.
I liked the season overall but when the Reiner/Berthold transformation scene happened it turned from a good anime to something special.
Also the penultimate episode was brilliant, the animation, music, character scenes were all nailed to perfection. The action was insanely well executed for an anime it was like Ride of Rohirrim meets Battle of the Bastards.
/a/ autists will probably call it normie trash and nitpick it to shit but I don't care its easily the best show of 2017 so far
>another /v/eddit thread
Yes, he says so in the very first episode.

Jomp thi chasm!
When I first started getting into film, around age 13, I tried 2001: A Space Odyssey and I made it 30 minutes in and hated it.
That was 11 years ago. After fucking graduating from film school and working in the industry for about two years now, I finally sat down to watch the whole thing.
Easily one of the best fucking movies ever. I know I'm not exactly unique in that opinion, as folks have been saying that for as long as I can remember, but man. The visual effects alone are some of the best I've ever seen, and this movie is almost 50 years old. The story, ambiguous as it is, is brilliant. The music, the characters, the acting - it's great.
And so I read the book. And was blown away by THAT, too. I devoured it in one single night.
Let's talk about classics that we never got into and have other anons convince us to give them another shot.
I tried watching citizen kane but found it too dated and stopped after 20 minutes or so. I understand it influenced modern movies but modern movies are terrible so why do people like it?
I never liked It's a Wonderful Life because I can't stand James Stewart and his retard face.
I also dislike The night of the hunter. Mitchum is great and the visuals are amazing but the rest of the movie isn't that good, especially the ending.
>>84281092
Just think of all the really good film noir that came out after Citizen Kane. The ridiculous lighting and dramatic camera angles had an enormous effect on all of those movies. Watch The Killing by Kubrick or something and you might appreciate Citizen Kane more.
ITT: Movies that you will never understand the hate for
>>84281003
Just because it's a cult classic doesn't mean it isn't a bad movie. Pic related.
>>84281003
Liked the sequel too, but the reboot was horrible
>>84281003
I guess people really couldn't wrap their heads around a Hollywood Cinderella story about a dumb stripper. People didn't get Starship Troopers on release either so maybe it's a 90s thing.

It seems that nobody in Hollywood can get a mars movie right. Not some trashy Pleb shit. I want a legit mars movie where a team stumbles across some ancient structures and some old alien tech something like that. All we have is crap when it comes to mars.

>I want a legit mars movie where a team stumbles across some ancient structures and some old alien tech something like that
Already exists, pic related.

>where a team stumbles across some ancient structures and some old alien tech
What's that got to do with Mars you imbecilic jethead?
>>84280719
Wasn't Total Recall technically this? Besides Mars being mostly colonized that is.
Post incredibly over the top, hammy performances from film and TV, both good and bad.
Jeremy Irons in Dungeons and Dragons related, who realized he was in a stupid movie and decided to have some fun.
