Is this the documentary? I watched it on youtube several months ago, it was awful. A string of vague and half-supported hypotheses padded out over hours when each could have been made in seconds, and the titular quote from the Soviet Union - one of the only interesting parts of the film - was simply namedropped and never explored.

i mean, it least it's a blade runner thread, shitty start as it might be off to.

while i always enjoyed the visuals, the film itself never really clicked with me till recently when i read the novel it's based on, and though there isn't a whole lot in common, it gave me a better appreciation of the film, filled in the blank spaces if you will. the narration-less edit and book version of deckard's character really make the complete picture.
