I miss watching that show.
i never understood why his wife didn't remember the first time she woke up but remembered the other times she woke up
>>84674125
Why do I find the cathartic nature of the show so addictive?
What were they thinking?
>>84674087
they were thinking about sexy aunts
>>84674087
Doesn't really make sense aunt May is so old in the first place considering Peter's age. How old is uncle Ben compared to Peters dad?
I never understood why a high school student had a 70 year old aunt anyway.
Pause a movie at 33:33, take a screenshot others guess what it is

How the hell did this get past the pilot stage? What are you doing HBO?
Insecure much, whiteboy?
>>84673762
The show is basically about a self-hating black woman.
All great HBO shows now are on Cinemax. The old type of great shows that HBO used to do just get put on that network. HBO is just sort of there now. They get big names but then they put those names into shit projects. Go watch some Cinemax just pick a show they are all good,
Do you think he made it?

Oh god.. i dont hope so
Why is going to the cinema on your own considered weird?
I usually go to the cinema with a friend, but it seems utterly pointless, we're both sitting in a dark room staring at a screen not talking to each other. What's the point? We could just go for a drink or lunch or something instead.
>>84673586
>not talking to each other
You don't discuss the film at all? Who the hell goes to a theater just to be silent?
>having friends
>>84673586
Where did you get the impression that it's considered weird? People usually don't care what other people do as long as nobody is getting hurt.
What the heck was his name again? I forget.

Hello /tv/, I'm a set design student and next year I will take my degree exam. I want to create a set (and costume) design for a science fiction movie and I want your opinion on what scifi movies are interesting and have potential for a design re-thinking.
I was thinking about choosing Dune or Prometheus. Note that the reviews don't matter, what matters is whether it is challenging for a future set designer or not.
Don't say Mad Max, Blade Runner or The fifth element because they are already taken.

Try and make something original. Sci-Fi is really stale at the moment.
Why was he taken from us, /tv/? :(

fuck him, his brother's better.
Because his parents were hippy cult members and never gave their kids any kind of structure. Then Hollywood became the parent and we know how that plays out. Plus he was fucking ugly ass Martha plimpton. Of course he wanted out.

>Tobey Maguire's action screen test for Spider-Man looked more like a vintage Jean-Claude Van Damme flick than a Spidey film...
>...The most striking aspect of the Maguire screen test is how dark the tone is when compared to that of the final PG-13 product....
>...Going along with the adult feel, the run-of-the-mill bad guys drop numerous F-bombs, which is just random.

But it makes sense for run of the mill bad guys to be swearing.
Best MCU villain by a fucking landslide.
Based Keaton bringing the capekino like usual.
>>84673296Spider-Man actually saved the villain rather than let them self-terminate
Felt good man
Can you believe Keaton is almost 70?

>Complex and charismaticly written human characters each with their flaws and virtues communicate and fight with each other with magic sprinkled all around
Gee I don't know what's better.

>with magic sprinkled all around
He blew it. High fantasy or no fantasy, otherwise it just ruins the cohesion of the world and allows lazy writing.
