it's some recording of a freshly aborted bloody fetus (with umbilical cord and all) being put on a table and then it gets tattooed by some crazy looking guy. At the end the fetus is "worshipped" and the tattoo artist surrounds the creature with roses and a skull
I'm not sure if this actually counts as a snuff film but it's really fucked up. If it's staged it has better effects than any horror film I've ever seen. It's also more disturbing than anything I've ever encountered in horror
