WTF I love Sonic Boom (TV Series) now
Why
The show is actually pretty funny sometimes.
heh
I don't really know where to go with this, but NETFLIX seems to be pushing a lot of anime shows recently. I'm wondering what this is about.
I know they put a lot of money in stand up comedy over recent years and I think that's paid off for them big time. I myself after dropping it signed back up for the standup stuff but what's with the major push into anime now?
As far as I know, anime fans refuse to pay to watch any anime at all and just pirate all of it. And the shows they have seem to be made for Netflix too.
What's all this about?
Crunchyroll has over a million paid subscribers. Netflix wants their business.

i love that because of his one scene in this movie the "shinebox" meme is repeated every time someone talks about the sopranos
Now that the dust has finally settled. Why did he come back and kill him?
There was no need.
>>85806354
He got a little out of order
Did he fill Alec Guinness's boots?
>>85806085
He was the best part of the prequels and he did feel like a young Ben Kenobi at the end of ROTS
>>85806085
he was busting out of them. Only redeeming quality of the prequels. I would rather have him in the current trilogy than luke tbqh

It was an excellent impersonation, yes.
please someone explain me what holds anyone from the ability to speak in a situation like this?
i dont understand how that cloth would do anything
this is the most retarded thing i see in movies and tv shows
Put a cloth like that around your mouth and try to talk. Actually it's enough to put your index finger horizontally towards your mouth.
>>85806016
you can still talk easily, the pronounciation might be not perfected or feels kinda muffled, but perfectly understandable
Because gagging someone effectively is very painful and uncomfortable, the actresses wouldn't wanna put up with that shit.
what are the best psychological horrors, the films similar to the shining, the exorcist 1 & 3, rosemary's baby, session 9 etc.? the films that creep on you slowly but surely, filled with impending doom, dread and decay.
>exorcist
>psychological horror

>the krokanov guy is ratting out deather eater names
>mentions severous snape
>dumbledore stands up and announces the snape is their trusted double agent
>barty crouch jr is like 10 feet away when he here then then gets arrested
why didnt barty crouch jr tell everyone that snape is a double agent?
>What is a bluff, double bluff, triple bluff
Snape was a triple agent
Did you really expect anything else from the dullest franchise in the history of movie franchises written for people whose imaginative lives are confined to TV cartoons, and the exaggerated (more exciting, not threatening) mirror-worlds of soaps, reality TV and celebrity gossip? Each episode following the boy wizard and his pals from Hogwarts Academy as they fight assorted villains has been indistinguishable from the others. Aside from the gloomy imagery, the series’ only consistency has been its lack of excitement and ineffective use of special effects, all to make magic unmagical, to make action seem inert.
Perhaps the die was cast when Rowling vetoed the idea of Spielberg directing the series; she made sure the series would never be mistaken for a work of art that meant anything to anybody, just ridiculously profitable cross-promotion for her books. The Harry Potter series might be anti-Christian (or not), but it’s certainly the anti-James Bond series in its refusal of wonder, beauty and excitement. No one wants to face that fact. Now, thankfully, they no longer have to.
>a-at least the books were good though
"No!"
The writing is dreadful; the book was terrible. As I read, I noticed that every time a character went for a walk, the author wrote instead that the character "stretched his legs."
I began marking on the back of an envelope every time that phrase was repeated. I stopped only after I had marked the envelope several dozen times. I was incredulous. Rowling's mind is so governed by cliches and dead metaphors that she has no other style of writing. Later I read a lavish, loving review of Harry Potter by the same Stephen King. He wrote something to the effect of, "If these kids are reading Harry Potter at 11 or 12, then when they get older they will go on to read Stephen King." And he was quite right. He was not being ironic. When you read "Harry Potter" you are, in fact, trained to read Stephen King.
Will there ever be a bounty hunter show as big as "Dog" again?
