I don't see how anyone could seriously consider Peckinpah's Straw Dogs better than the remake, considering that the remake is almost shot-for-shot and uses better actors, modern acting, modern props, modern visual effects, and better context. The acting and shots in the original aren't even very good. The remake is a total improvement. I dare you to challenge me on any of these points using specific evidence. Go on. I have dared you.
