Have you never travelled anywhere ever? Even within individual States and counties within the USA there are very obvious differences in fashion choices between people of similar demographics. Take the beachy look of socal millenials vs the style of their Bay area counterparts, for example. The differences only become more apparent as you compare more distant regions. That being said, if you aren't dressed the part for a certain region it's normally not an issue so long as you're confident in yourself and your appearance.

OP I'd say bring an extra pair of sneakers in case you begin to feel uncomfortable in your boots, but try going as you would normally dress and see how you feel looking different from people around you. I think you'll do fine with the type of look you posted and will get positive attention for being distinctly American.
