From the United States and lived in India for about two years.

Going to Mexico next week. I'm there for a month and might hop over the border to Guatemala to check out Lake Atitlan if I get the chance.

After Mexico, I'm doing Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, and Egypt, in roughly that order. Most of my tickets and flights are already booked. I've already bought a fare from Cairo to India, too, and will spend the last three months of the year in South Asia.

I'm hoping I can see at least a bit and piece of Bangladesh, but I've always been worried about the bank account balance requirement for entry, as well as extremism.

man, why can't we just have a map where the big countries have their provinces but the small ones don't? I can't say I've seen Canada after a day in Toronto, but the map looks like a mess when European-size countries have provinces that would be counties in the US.

How can you make plans for 10 years? I am not even sure where I will be this winter.
Anyway, I have an idea of a round-the-world trip for this autumn to visit Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Iceland, if I am not too tired to carry out such an exhausting trip.
After that there's one big trip in South America, one big trip in Central America and a trip to Africa left. Southern Africa is probably the best bet now that I don't need visa to South Africa because Eastern Africa is too expensive and in the Western there's too little to see.
