What are the best hotels in Vegas /trv/?
For a faggot like you I suggest the black gay brothel by the LV dump.
The best hotels are the ones off the strip. I forget the name, but the New Orleans-themed one is supposed to be an acceptable one. You gambling odds also increase as you get further away from the strip. You're still going to lose most of the time, but not as often.
The camelot is pretty cheap and also near the strip. Thats where i get my room.

I prefer Harrahs or Imperial Palace..
But IP got remodled and is now the Linq or some shit, I'm sure it lost its dumpy charm.
Staying here over the weekend

Yeah. Clearly you get your rooms there because you don't even know what it's called or where it is.
It's the Excalibur and it's ON the strip.
12 year olds are not allowed on this board.

I want to gamble but I don't know how to play anything other than slot machines and blackjack...... do hotels and casinos offer like training courses for poker and shit? That would be more fun than just YouTube stuff.
Also can anyone recommend some sort of old timey lounge singer place, like Vic Fontaine's from Star Trek?

Yeah, most casinos will have lessons on whatever game you want to play. But they are usually early in the morning before action picks up.
I wouldn't sit at any Hold Em tables if you have never played before, your just gonna piss everyone off and become an easy target for more skilled players.
Honestly, stick to blackjack (if you know basic strategy) or pick up craps. Pai Gow and Baccarat are alright too. Every other game sucks.
I guess 3 card poker is fairly simple table game to learn too. I just don't like it.
