Yes , everybody knows english , personally I enjoued the most Prague , a really nice place with historical buildings/monuments and also a rich nightlife which I didnt saw in Budapest or Wien

Hungary is really chill and is a combo of London type architecture and Parisian boulevards , didnt had enough rime to explore stuff , just from a cruise boat on Danube river
