Any of you is actually saving money due fuel dumping?

If by "is it still a thing" you mean does it still exist, yes. The communities are very secretive and speak in code. I found one as a proof of concept as recent as about 2 months ago but it was on a route I didnt have any desire to fly. I have never flown on a fuel dump actually, but they are still out there.
What are you talking about?

reverse search op's image
sometimes buying another ticket reduces fuel surcharge more than the cost of the extra ticket

OP here
I actually heard about it a long time ago but only recently started to learn about this stuff but I couldn't find recent posts nor sites about it so I wasn't sure it was still existing or still worth
Maybe you could tell me some of this communities or where to find more information..I'm not interested in getting in, just wanna know more about how all this stuff works
Thanks!
So fuel dumping really only works on one way tickets?

Not necessarily, you could buy a return ticket and have the fuel dump flight take place after your return. For the most part however it is done on one way tickets.
