I would assume that OP has no college education, resume or CV of competitive work, and probably no savings to start again in another country. I'm talking like $50-100k, what someone at say age 30 should have in the bank.
Someone of low worth, low skills, low problem solving skills would be the type to try to "escape" life and even refer to the US as a sinking ship.
A decently intelligent person would have already gone somewhere friendly to expat retirees and have a way to work online or freelance, or they have a marketable skill like network security, medicine, etc.
