I hear Berlin is the best place in Europe right now for musicians and artists, and I am a musician/artist so I'm going to go check it out during the summer. I hear the east of the city is known for it's creative vibe

>Where's the best place for a creative to stay?
>Where's the best places for music/art?
>How do I get involved with my music/art?
>How do I find raves?
>>
Try strictly lofi group on facebook or similar groups
>>
>>1112234
For finding raves and cool places, I mean
>>
>>1112195
Club De Visionaire, Berghain, Ipse, Tresor, Chalet

if they don't let you in, don't be offended, you probably don't fit in
>>
>>1112234

Do you have a link for that group? I can't find it on FB.

Thanks

I´d like to give you some pieces of, rather dickish sounding advice:
Lay back on the snowflake attitude. If you go around calling yourself a creative and brabling about how you are a musician/artist/generaly interesting person the people you seem to seek will avoid you. Keep in mind that you are one of 500 musician/artist/generaly interesting person ariving in the city every day.
If you Really want to meet people to actually do shit the best way to start is by walking around and striking up conversation. Don´t worry, it´s summer and people do that here. You could go to Hasenheide or Görlitzer Park for starters. Or just start dooung your shit on some corner or something. Don´t worry, it´s summer and people do that here.

I would advise against Clubs if you are not into the culture already. If you insist, newbie clubs are: Sysyphos (rather big), Wilde Renate (rather tame), Club der Visionäre (get lain NAAOOW!), Berghain (rather overrated), Golden Gate (HOLYFUCKINGSHIT WHAT IS THIS PLACE), everything on Revaler Straße. And Take note now. When clubbing:
>don´t dress up
>don´t get piss drunk
>be discrete when you ask for, consume or buy drugs (weed is ok)
>The dance flor is for dancing, not for standing around. dance or leave.
>do not, under any circumstances, make unwarranted sexual advances (rimming or that murican shit). People don´t tolerate that.
>Don´t be agressive
>other than that you can do literally anything you want
>well maby don´t defecate in public neither...

Ah, and your chance of getting in, especially as a person with a "I´m new to this" vibe increases exponentially if you go alone.

To find a rave you need to be lucky or conected.
>>
>>1114219

Stuff you should know:
People don´t expect you to speak german, but be conscious about not speaking tha language, try saying a Bitte or Danke, speak slow. If spoken English or some other language you speak: let loose.

Avoid the Tourist Hotspots, such as simon dach straße or oranienstraße at all costs.

People might get reeealy mad at you if you take Photos of them without asking

This city is safe as fuck. Even the so called Crime hotspots are safe to walk around at night.

People are famously unfriendly. It´s an atitude, takes some getting used to, don´t take it personal.

There is a very influential radical left here, most venues that would be seen as "typical berlin" by outsiders have a heavy influence, so you might wanna check your privileges m8y... No, but seriously, don´t call anyone nigger or bitch or something like that.

Cops won´t bother you if you dont bother them. If they see as much as a hint of provocation be prepared to be dealt with with brutal german efficiency.

Don´t really have tips for hospedation, sorry =^(

If you plan to stay for a while and you manage to get a room (when at a casting bring whine!!!) don´t buy furniture. within 2 weeks you will have found enough laying around on the streets. It is a sort of tradition.

nobody here cares if you are special. really. nobody. nobody. nobody. It´s quite relaxing actually.

And finally: for some reason the dogs here always seem to walk at you mega friendly, and then, when you are about to touch them, they just move on. fo real bruh, it´s been 7 years and that still bugs me the most about this ciddy.

cheers and luck.

>>1114222
>where is the best place for a creative to stay?

gentrification is kicking this citys ass. Neuköln might be an option, try around Hermanplatz. Also Wedding, but keep in mind that this neighbourhood is much less flasy than Kreuzberg or friedrichshain, the other two hotspots. Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg are dead. Dead for Berlin Standards that is, but not afordable and sort of boring by now.
>>
>>1114222
Also: As long as you don´t leech, people don´t care if you have no money.

>east of the city known for it's creative vibe
Sorry desu, that was in the 90's Most of the areas that exploded back then are thoroughly gentryfied by now. There are still some areas that have the magic sparkle of unfulfilledness, but definitely not the eastern central districts like before. Please forgive me for not posting precise information, but this is the interwebs, and tourism already fucked most of the city and it would be nice if some of it stayed interesting for a while before we turn into London\Paris\Amsterdam 2.0
>>
I live there, will be bumping and lurking for a few days, so feel free to ask.
>>
>>1115271
I moved here a few months ago for various reasons but I'm really have trouble making friends here. Do you know how I could meet people and make friends? Every time I do meet people they turn out to be international and go back to their home countries leaving me here alone. How can I meet Germans or at least people who actually live here?
>>
>>1115288
Well, what do you do and in which neighbourhood do you live?
If you want to go for the more traditional aproach, you could go in to some sort of Verein (asociation). Since I guess that you are young I would recomend some sort of sport. If you are not in t that you can google your area of intrest +Verein+Berlin and viol´a.

This is a very generic aproach however and rather typicall for germany than for Berlin. It will work if you are morewell on the aspie side of the social interaction skills scale.

If ou want to meet germans it help´s a lot if you can speak german. Unfortunately many Berliners are sort of weary of certain nationalities that have flocked in large numbers to the city in recent years. Namely italians, spaniards, americans and australians. Some of them might be biased against you at first, but globally speaking it is not that big of a problem, if you show them that you don´t correspond to the cliché. I have the feeling that I really know tro little about you to tell you where to go. If you want you can provide me aditional information. Other than that I can just advise you to pursue your interests and talk at people while dooing so.

Parks are generally speaking a great place to meet people in Berlin. In the rest of germany this is not the case at all. Görlitzer Park, Volkspark Friedrichshain, Hasenheide are grat for that. This is all more on the alternative side.

Also, even if berliners are generally speaking much more chill than the rest of germans, they are still germans. This means that they are not very good at understanding indirect comunication. If you are from an anglo, latin or other culture where this way of comunicating is the norm, you might find it weird that nobody answers to the invitation you just insinuated. Generally speaking you should be direct. People don´t mind, even expect that from you.

Does anyone know a way to get a cheap private double room in Berlin?
All Airbnb requests gets refused because of the new laws, and hotels are expensive.
>>
>>1115996
I've had Ostel Hostel on my list for next time I visit, not sure how the conditions are, but it looks like it has fairly decent reviews and is cheap. They have private doubles and singles. When I went with friends last year we stayed at East 7, which has private doubles too, mainly stayed there since you can stay free if you cook a meal for everyone. Good luck finding somewhere anon!
>>
>>1116140
Thanks anon.

Ostel Hostel costs 39€ for a private double with shared bathroom and 44€ with a private bathroom, which is indeed pretty low compared to what I saw elsewhere.

I doubt I'll find a better price, especially with everything that's going on with Airbnb.
>>
>>1115996
>All Airbnb requests gets refused because of the new laws
Can you clarify what you mean by this?
>>
>>1116232
ritch people bought a lot of apartments, furnished them and rent them on airbnb. It is one of the factors causing it to be next to impossible to get a flat for a reasonable price to rent. Plus it attracts tourists (obviously) and most people don't like them, cause they only bring shitty jobs anyways and and massively deterioraye the quality of living in a neighbourhood. At least that os general opinon. Causr of that, except on certain special zones, Airbnb basically got banned.
>>
>>1116344
>>1116344
pretty much what happened in Barcelona years ago, except instead of Airbnb it was cheap, low-quality hostels. They should ban them in Barcelona as well.

I'm going to Berlin in July with my 17 year old younger brother. My plan was to find some small concerts or what not to go to. Any ideas for finding them? Definitively not the coolest place, but the centric place where all forms of public transport (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Train, Tram, Bus) converge in a large number. Basically from there you can get pretty much everywhere in the City within 30-45 min max.

try meetup groups or couchsurfing groups (even if you don't couchsurf). i'm sure there's plenty in berlin. there's usually some group irl for some hobby that you have.
>>
>>1121629
i don't think berlin smokes that much weed compared to other drugs, but that's just my opinion and i dont live there.

generally, in europe clubs are good places to score, especially around bathrooms. some cities have reggae/rasta bars that have higher likelihood of coming across some. i'd try there.

if you're friendly and good enough socially you can kind of just go up to people smoking and ask them if they know where you can buy. but try to make some conversation first, otherwise it can be weird.
>>
>>1121629
Literally every black person in Berlin sells weed, and there's tons of them.

Just go to Görlitzer Bahnhof/Park and they'll walk up to you and aggressively try to sell you weed
It's usually laced with metal shavings to make it weigh more
Just don't be stupid.
>>
>>1114228
Berlin citizen here, I can't confirm that. Prenzlauer Berg is hip as fuck, and Wedding is the next big thing. Kreuzberg is in parts victim of gentrification, but there are still nice places and Neukoelln is still mostly alternative.

>>1121875
yeah, that's true. If you go to a club everybody seems to be an artist in some way, and everybody is arrogant enough to make a noobie believe it. If you discuss further you can see that it's just nonsense. I'm from Steglitz btw

Berlin is the wrong city for you.
>>1121668 asumption is wrong. People smoke lots of weed, it is not sold in clubs If the club is good it is shared freely if you ask cordially.
>>1121821 Mostly bullshit. And racism. Go to Hasenheide. Berlin stoners usually have aquitances that grow or private dealers. This information will not be shared with you. The best "publicly" sold weed is sold in that park. Dealers will try to overprice you, as "public" dealers always do. Be conversational, ask to smell the product, then say that it is to expensive, give it back and walk. I gaurantee they will give you a better price afterwards. Depending on how idiotic you look, your price should drop to between 20% and 60% of the original price. If not walk to the next dealers. If you don´t know who the dealers are: casually look into the eyes of groups of young men when you walk by them. If they are pushers they will inmediatly offer you to buy drucks by word or gesturte.

>Ah, and your chance of getting in, especially as a person with a "I´m new to this" vibe increases exponentially if you go alone.

Why is this? Is that a good or bad thing? I've never been to a club
>>
>>1124410
Basically because people unfamiliar with the culture tend to fuck up.in all sorts of ways. If they go in as a group they'll probably do what they always do when out at night: get drunk, be loud, disrespectful and or generally anoying, stand infront of the DJ chatting, having conversations filled with inside jokes they find incredibly funny, etc. One such group in a smalish club can ruin the niht of everybody. If people go alone it is more probable that they look around and see what kind of behaviour seems to be acceptable, marvel about the idiosyncrasies of club culture and turn out behaving in a way beneficial to all involved parties.

Berliners are still uptight in that special German way, they just manifest it in different ways.

>>1116232
>>1116344
AirBnB is still completely legal in Berlin. HOWEVER, there is a new condition that homes/apartments can only be put up for AirBnB if the host also lives there full-time (i.e., they don't leave just because you rented half their apartment), AND not more than 50% of the dwelling is given over to the guest. This knocks out the 'professional' AirBnBers and anyone too opportunistic.

I (Germanfag here) have a few friends living in Berlin, and one just moved out of the WG (shared flat) she was living in. Why? Of the 3 others sharing the flat, turns out 2 were serially broke 'artists' with rich parents bailing them out who rented out their rooms to AirBnB whenever possible. Every week there was a parade of 2 or 3 strangers coming and going at all hours, including weekdays. A small portion of businesspeople, but most were in Berlin to party. Some would inevitably help themselves to the fridge and trash the toilet or try to hit on her. Imagine how annoying that must be. The crackdown is a good thing.
>>
>>1119698
Depends how much you intend to travel. Most locals have passes of some kind or another.

If I'm just visiting for a short time, I just get the 4er tickets. You buy 4 one-use tickets (well, 90 minutes off/on) at once and get a slight discount for doing so. Combined with walking, that's usually enough for me. There are tourist tickets of various duration that also give you discounts to museums. The weekly ticket may also be worth it, and it's only 30€ which is not a bad deal.

Also remember... you'll probably only ever need the AB zone. If you think you're going far out into the suburbs, double check it's not a C zone. If you're going to Schönefeld Airport for example, you'd need a C-zone ticket, but there's not much other reason.

Also, don't think of NOT paying. Make sure you VALIDATE the ticket. All transit entries are barrier-free on the idea you have bought and validated your ticket. Ticket checks are frequent and can happen anywhere, and they will bust you if you don't have a valid, stamped ticket. Doesn't matter if you you 'didn't know' or 'forgot'. Some are lenient with clueless tourists, but I've seen them be total dicks too.

SHE SAYS WHAT AND LEAVE, BUT IDC SHE WAS FAT ANYWAY

ITS SUNSET NOW AND 11 PUMP MAN BUYS SOME WEED OFF A CHIMP IN THE PARK

#YOLO

SMOKE WEED AND LISTEN TO SOME TUNES ON MY BLACKBERRY

11 PUMP MAN MUST HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP AT THIS POINT

WOKE UP, PRESSURE ON MY BUTT. ITS DARK AND MY PANTS ARE AT MY ANKLES AND I CAN SMELL SWEAT AND/OR URINE AND HEAR GRUNTING

EYES ADJUST AND YOUR HERO SEES A SMALL CIRCLE OF MY COUNTRYMEN, DICKS POKING OUT, AND THEY'RE STROKING THEMSELVES, SMILING

JUST THEN A PAIN SHOOTS UP 11 PUMP MANS BUTTHOLE

ITS HURTS SO MUCH BUT FEELS SO GOOD

CIRCLE OF JERKERS ARE CHANTING "11 PUMP", "11 PUMP"

11 PUMPS LATER AND THE BEAST BEHIND ME SPASMS AND TWITCHES AND I FEEL A HOT CREAM IN MY RECTUM

FUNNY THING... IT WAS EXACTLY 11 PUMPS

STRANGER CONFESSION IS THAT... 11 PUMP MANS LITTLE PEENOR WAS HARD THE WHOLE TIME THIS HAPPENED!

WHEN THE BEAST EJACULATES IN MY HEINY, A PRIMAL URGE IS TWEAKED JUST SO, AND I CAN'T HELP RELEASING MY OWN SEED FROM SHEER ECSTASY. WOOPS THERE GOES MY UNDERWEAR, HAHA

THE CIRCLE JERKERS ARE IN SYNC AND THEY ALL RELEASE AT THE SAME TIME, SHOWERING IN ME ALLAH'S FINEST al-JIZM

How hated are Swiss people? I am thinking about a trip to Berlin around July.
How hot will it be?
How weird is it for a dude to be roaming the streets late at night alone, going to clubs and restaurants alone etc.?
I don't mind doing just asking if it's frowned upon. You will get a lot of weirded out and confused remarks in a lot of bars, clubs etc. when you show up alone in Switzerland(walk around a city at 3AM).

It really depends. Yesterday it was like 15° but this Friday will be 35°. We had 2 straight weeks of pure sunshine but for the past week or so it has been nothing but rain.

>How weird is it for a dude to be roaming the streets late at night alone, going to clubs and restaurants alone etc.?
Roaming the streets will not be a problem but ordering a table for one and going to a club/bar alone might be a bit weird, almost the same as in Switzerland and the rest of the west. But I'm not sure many people will care if you go alone to a cafe or whatever. Just get take out or street food if you don't feel like sitting down and ordering.

I'm actually American, not German. But I can speak German and have spent a total of 3 years of my life in Germany. Plus Switzerland on four separate occasions because I had a thing with a Swiss girl for a little while... I don't hate Swiss. Some Swiss are bros, but spend any prolonged amount of time there and you will definitely encounter the narrow-minded 'Never left Shangri-La'-minded village Neanderthals from time to time. Almost all Swiss come off a little entitled and spoiled, but I get that they can't help that.

I'll be in Berlin this weekend. I've been there before, so just two questions.

Is Berghain just a meme place, or worth trying to get into?

Any anons in Berlin who feel like meeting up for beers this weekend?
>>
>>1131517
>Is Berghain just a meme place, or worth trying to get into?
You'll end up waiting 2-3 hours in line just to get rejected without a reason at the door by a big, beefy bald guy. If you're here for just the weekend then it's better to spend your time off somewhere else.

>Any anons in Berlin who feel like meeting up for beers this weekend?
Potentially. Can you describe yourself a bit?
>>
>>1130339
fuck the haters. going to a club alone is completely fine. nobody gives a fuck, especially in Berlin. I went alone to Berghain, CDV, Watergate, met a ton of cool people and had a blast. turns out there are others who do exactly the same
>>

Berghain is completely worth it. However, you will not get in if you look normal/bro-y/uptight/loud.

>>
>>1131517
As a German, I think Berghain is overrated. I dressed only slightly hipster and got in fine on the two occasions I went (3 years ago now). Probably helped I was with a small group of mostly females, who were also fairly bookish-looking, with tattoos, asymmetrical haircuts and funky clothes. Frankly, there are too many snobby hipsters let in, but that's Berlin for you.

I actually don't like crowds much, and maybe it's just me getting older (early 30s now) but I don't like dance clubs so much these days. I guess it's 'cool' to say you've been in, but I don't consider it a big deal and I wasn't blown away. Was fun enough, but probably not my most fun EVAR. One of those nights I went I didn't care for the music/DJ (I hate dubstep) and left after a couple hours of boozing/chatting.

>>1131583
This. If you can go out alone and have fun and make friends anywhere in the world (and it is possible in many places), it's easy mode in Berlin. No one will notice or care if you're alone. Lie with "Oh, I was with my friends, but I can't find them now... I guess we'll compare notes tomorrow!" or whatever. No one will know or care.

No, it's pretty horrible. At best, it's a few chuckles. German nighttime 'comedy' talk shows or improv are pure cringe.

>>
>>1132015
I didn't say that's what those guys were. I said German nighttime 'comedy' talk shows or improv are pure cringe. Lrn2read. German satire can be OK, but that's more to do with the genre of satire than their masterful German comedy skillz. Nuhr is OK, not hilarious. Mittermeier is a complete snoozefest.

To be fair, there's a difference with the Anglo-American approach to humour and the German. German is still more straight-laced even when trying to be funny. German humour is at best a few smirks, never guffaws.

>>1132017
As if I waste my time with any German TV at all. But I am familiar with them.
>tfw German friends want to watch this shit.

George Carlin (classic, always worth listening), Bill Hicks, Dave Chapelle, Louis CK, Conan (hit and miss, but when he's good he's good), Billy Connolly, David Mitchell. There are others, but thats's a shortlist of what comes to mind.

Go ahead, let your butthurt flow and tear them apart, but they're still 1000 times better than any German peewee, and you know it.
>>
German humour is often based on German language. That's the reason why it does not translate well.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxElAqVmJ2M
>>
>>1132085
No shit Sherlock. That's how all humour works. It's true that most anglos will have zero context to understand German humour, even if translated (which kills typically jokes -- just watch English-language sitcoms dubbed in to German. Half the humour is wiped away). But as someone fluent in both, trust me anglos... you're not missing anything. German humour is subpar.

I will say, it is an unfair myth that Germans don't like to laugh. Of course they do, they just suck at it.

This is a stretch but maybe someone can give me a good idea to go off of: I am interested in moving to Berlin. I have heard enough praise and found that my own habits would flourish well there. My problem is that I am pretty much poor. I am an American with a relatively useless bachelor's degree. I have taught English but I don't think I'd find work in Berlin doing that.

Does anyone have any recommendations or advice; is what I want even feasible? I play the accordion and I suppose busking might be an option but I don't know how far that would get me. Would I be better off saving money here than just going for a few weeks as a tourist?
>>
>>1133457
In Berlin there is already a busker on every corner. You might find a spot where you can do it. But don't expect to make a living.

Here is a documentation about busking and street performer scene in Berlin.

If you know what you are dooing (read:done it before) and are good and/ or original you can definitely have a nice time in Berlin (in SUMMER !) as a street musician. Portuguese guy (no german skills at all) playing a digeridoo stayed at my flat for bout a month aproximately 4 years ago and he lived the good life playing about 2 hours a day. He didn't really have to play rent and was a professional musican though.

I was born in Potsdam, so you got me. Lived in Berlin since I was 6 (1991). My dad's side are all native Berliners since as long as can be remembered.

Seriously hipsters fuck off. It was kinda neat at first to see all the poorfag freakshows show up, but as their number increased, so has their entitlement and arrogance.
>>
>>1133743
OK. I wrote this, because in my experience people that get all "hipstas and touris leave my Kiez!!!" are mostly people that have lived here for 3 years and can´t cope with change or people from the outskirts that don´t get into the city a lot.
I really don´t get all this hipster hatred.
Half of the population of berlin has been exchanged since 89, even before that there was a lot of imigration. I think that Berlin would suck without the succesive waves of imigration. Ask a few of your fathers friends then about the berlin, specially the east, in the 80s. A few years ago people had the same atitude that you have against american hipsters with turks, wessi-zecken, italians, spaniards, etc.
Club scene woud suck without hipsters nowadays, so would the whole alternative art scene, the music, etc.
I am genuinely interested what you like about living in this city. Do you feel that it is special because it is your home or do you think that it goes beyond that? Is there something that you can do here that you couldn´t do in another large german city if you where born there?
Sure, gentirification is fucking my neighborhood in the ass, but blaming hipsters for it is like blaming ausländers for unemployment: fucking stupid.
>>
>>1132758
Why?
Most of us like Berlin, the whole part about your never-ending financial troubles is just banter and posturing

Unless you identify as Prussian in which case you'll be first against the wall
>>
>>1133837
Surely you've heard of 'Ostalgie'? Apart from the political repression (not to lessen how shit it was) and less foreign material goods, life wasn't too bad in East Germany. Daily life was not full of despair or the fear of violence like it might have been in, say, Russia or Romania. People wanted to have actual freedom on their own terms, not to be a copy-paste of West Germany.

>I really don´t get all this hipster hatred.
Try living in Berlin as a normlfag your whole life.

Every society needs its artsy-fartsy fags, and I don't have an issue with that. It is the sheer number of wash-ups who flood Berlin and as you say, after a couple years, then act incredibly arrogant

>Club scene woud suck without hipsters nowadays, so would the whole alternative art scene, the music, etc.
Good riddance. Nothing much of value would be lost. The vast majority of artsy shit in Berlin is little more than empty navel-gazing

>but blaming hipsters for [gentrification]
THEY ARE LITERALLY THE CAUSE, you fucking mong. Along with the yuppie posers who follow in their wake wanting to be seen in 'bohemian' locales, but not wanting to actually get dirty or live beside uncouth plebs.

Honestly, I don't care if it's 'special'.
>>
>>1133858
Sounds like you would be happier in another german City. I really don´t mean this in a dickish way, but if you wanna live a normalfag life in a normalfag enviroment move to Friedenau, Steglitz, Spandau, Erkner or some other city like Magdeburg or Rostock or something like that. Al least you don´t have to get all worked upthere every time you go out on the street and see one of them damned hipstarz!!1! Or just stay and rage on, I have no quarell with you =^)

One thing though: The cause for gentrification is the people upping the rent, not the people that can afford the higher rent. Look at Potsdam friend, just look at Potsdam and the developement of rents there. Even Schlaaz is incredibly expensive by now.
>>
>>1133867
>The cause for gentrification is the people upping the rent
They increase rent because they know people with more money to throw around are looking. If I have a kiosk selling Club Mate and one faggot is offering me a euro for it, but some other faggot wants to give me 100€, what's going to happen? Proximity to Berlin makes it a seller's market. That's how gentrification works, fool.

Luckily I don't have to see too many in my daily life, living where I do in Berlin. 75% of all hipster faggots swarm around each other in a few easily avoided areas, because what's the point of living like a bohemian in Berlin if you can't be seen doing it?

I'll tell you what we don't need though. Another artsy cunt with a fedora and pedo moustache who wants to busk with his accordion in Berlin. We have enough Poles and gypsies doing that already.
>>
>>1133871
I am afraid that your Club Mate story is an example of a buyers market, except if you are the only one selling Club Mate in your world. A sellers market is one, in which supply excedes demand. The housing market in Berlin (and almost all other german citys) is a sellers market right now, you are right about that. This fact however is due to a manipulation of the supply (privatization of the Sozialwohnungen since the 90´s, intentional Leerstand, the extremely low construction rate, the conversion of residential space to business space, etc.). There are only marginally more people living in Berlin now than in 95 or 90, yet rents have exploded. Also, since living quarters are a basic necesity, without proper regulation (which we lack) the supply side is going to take advantage of the demand side.

Look, rents have gone threw the roof all threw germany in the last 15-20 years, in all sorts of metropolitan areas (even in some with shrinking populations, like Dortmund) Potsdam, which, as I think you will agree, hasn´t had the slightest hint of beeing cool, hip bohemian for decades, and yet the situation is much graver than in Berlin, is the perfect example.

I belive it is naive to assume that Berlin wouldn´t be gentrified if it was populated entirely by normalfags. I would even dare to assume that it would be worse, and point to rent prices in Potsdam, Munich and Stuttgart as reference.

Why do I have the feeling that all you ever do against gentrification is rant about hipsters..?

Respectfully: there are better options.
>>
>>1133919

I think your hatred of people because of their fashion choices is quite irrational: They overflow the city and you can´t stand seeing any more of them, yet you don´t really see them at all because they all swarm around each other in a few areas; they are poor, poorly educated leechers, yet they have money to throw around and cause gentrification; they are entitled, arrogant little twats, yet you arrogate to judge who deserves to live in this city because you have lived here for a while.

Just chill m80
