Welcome to the Lego General; why is it that the concept art always looks better than the final product?

Weekly Challenge (Running 9/3-9/9):
>Make your own original Lego theme.
>Try your hand at building something from NK's concept art.
>when someone reposts your moc
Here's another pic of Tower One so far. Happy that I can start finishing the pipework on these.
Also been working on some fun architecture for other stacks. I think these windows are going to be pretty cute in rows.
>>Try your hand at building something from NK's concept art.
I had to copy one of the orky weapons.
Yeah, they're all trans-medium blue, but the BTCs are made of a slightly different plastic than the head or cheese slopes so they glow a lot more brightly.
Bar is just trans-light blue and doesn't react to UV.
The anon who made this needs to make all of them.
slight side view and without my annoying ceiling light. christ i'm scraping the bottom of the barrel on red bricks at this point.
She is a single mom trying to get by and raise her cub up right in the big city but it's hard you know the city is a rough place
Are these the 2018 villains? Of course they probably won't look like this finished.
It was going to be cancelled but because of the 2017 wave which sold great they decided to go through 2018. The 2018 sets were finished around october 2016 as Mark Stafford stated on Eurobricks.
Nexo 2018 sets:
72001 Lance's Hover Jouster
72003 Berserker Bomber
72004 Tech WiZard
72006 Axl's Rolling Arsenal
Note: The teaser was found in the U.S. Lego Life magazine.
>Aaron comes only with the queen
We could have Cy Orcs and they choose Rock monsters!
Funny though, they were using the Visionaries gimmick with animals.
Damn, finding all these concept artworks amazing to look at. What book are they from? They just ooze with the designer's distinct roleplay passion. It's a shame that after years of development have resulted in diluted and generally safe final products. I randomly picked up an unopened Nexo Catapult from a charity shop for £2 and was surprisingly impressed by the design because the boxes look so dull imho.
Anyways I mentioned last thread that I finished painting this piece yesterday. I'd like to colour correct it but my laptop screen changes so much that I was painting a green sky for most of it.
I am mad jelly not having any of those sick looking blacksmith walls.
>when your pic is saved and is the thread challenge
Lord Krakenskull and his beast don't look so different.
Nexo shield emblems are pretty neat, we haven't had a theme with such a variety of printed tiles before. I found this site cataloguing them all, but I'd prefer a gallery with larger thumbs if anyone knows of them. Using the bricklink catalogue isn't much better.
Starting to hit levels of A E S T H E T I C, but needs a little bit more blue and purple. Also consider some LED plates and some light bricks, you can get them pretty cheap from Ali, and in colors that lego didnt use.
This might be as old as 2009, they said they picked lava and rock monsters because the designers worked on Power Miners before or something like that.
Also, as much as I like the orcs and totally-not-necrons, it's pretty obvious GW would sue over these designs, and Lego probably went with more generic designs to avoid trouble. Note how the two distinctly warhammer-y fire monsters are nowhere the be found too.
>Starting to hit levels of A E S T H E T I C, but needs a little bit more blue and purple.
Thanks anon, the back side of the housing zone still looks a little bare but the front might be more to your liking.
>Also consider some LED plates and some light bricks, you can get them pretty cheap from Ali, and in colors that lego didnt use.
Yup, already considering it once I get everything else done. Do you know if they make UV light bricks?
>I dig this window. Youve got a great project dude keep it up
Did someone ever try to make a cathedral for Jestro and his Gargoyles?
Every week i try searching for a MOC base for Stone Monsters but no luck. Myself i'm not good enough to build such a huge MOC but I'd really like to drool on some building, a cathedral would be awesome
I think the purple light brick is basically a UV LED. I just know that you can get a SET of light bricks from china for like $5 and it comes with like 7 different colors and a RGB brick. Also the LED plates you can get usually are just white LEDs, but im sure if you look you can find them in multiple colors. Hell, some of the sites/stores that make them might even do customs, but that might be a little more expensive. I will say, the LED plates, you WILL NOT find them much cheaper from china than you will from other sources, its one of the few things that are not cheaper coming from the land of no copyrights. My theory is they are all made by the same group in china probably. I know the guy on BL that sells them is based there, not sure about iBrick or some of the other companies. but I wouldnt be surprised if they were just middle men who source them from there.
As for the back of that building....
Walkways and scaffoldings man. I like the way they did it on ninjago city, using the jail doors for them, but I would add a railing to the design to make it a bit safer looking and to add to that somewhat wrought iron industrial aesthetic. Robot arms with bars are your friend for that.
OH YEAH, and maybe look on like amazon or even aliexpress for "EL Wire", that shit is PERFECT for adding mood lighting to small things (or making light up clothing to cause seizures at concerts. Daft Punks outfits from the Alive era had EL wire laced through them like thread. The stuff is very cool and useful for a lot of neat projects.)
The designer Mark Stafford told to all the EB fags that Nexo is a castle theme,it was tested with other castle themes and it was the most succesfull one. Of course they are too retarded to understand.
It's got knights, squires and kings, magic and monsters, jesters and castles so of course
IT'S NOT A CASTLE THEME ALL OF MY NIGHTMARES ARE COMING TRUE GET IT OUT OF THE CASTLE SUBFORUM GET OUT REEEEEEEE
I love this set. Two exclusive minfigs and Axl.
i am way too excited by snagging this on ebay for less than i think it's worth. my autism lego force is now ~400 strong with 70 cavalry, and those old crusader bardings are the only ones i don't have at this point.
Honestly, this one and the Bot Drop Dragon.
That whole Black Knight line had such a great look (especially the minifigs). Too bad a lot of the sets had the ridiculous raised baseplates. Really ruined the set quality imo.
72001 Lance's Hover Jouster-It's a little similar to the 2017 twin jouster, the vehicle is an hover with an big lance, small tower parts and spring loaded launchers. The set includes Lance and undead warrior.
72002 Twinfector-Catapult style monster with spider legs,black,gun metal,trans-green. Includes Macy,undead warrior,King Halbert and a small monster.
72003 Berserker Bomber-It looks like that flying helicopter from Avatar with rotors on both sides put on horizontally. Set includes Axl and undead warriors.
72004 Tech WiZard-It's a battle set,it includes a brick-built Merlok mech for Clay and and Monstrox Mech style like Merlok from 2017. It comes with other undead warriors and Ruina.
72005-X-Bow- Large tracked vehicle with two large springs on both sides. Includes a big trans-green monster like Grimroc,Aaron,Queen Halbert and small monster things.
72006 Axl's Rolling Arsenal-It looks like an world war vehicle which lands from water to the beach with giant links on the sides. Dark blue, gold, trans-orange and dark grey. Villains are black and trans-green undead warriors.
You are the reason 1400 people lost their jobs
I really hope the bubble is bursting and Lego dials back the licensed themes. In an ideal world, the next Star Wars move will be shit, the franchise as a whole will crash and burn and we can finally get creative space themes again
Ruina's Lock n Roller, and either the lord Krakenskull set or the Heligoyle.
Lance vs. Lighting, I love the NK bigfigs but all the earlier sets with them were pretty bad (still got the cyclops separately, though). I really like the battlesuits, too - great basis for mecha mocs, torsos were always the thing I had trouble with if I didn't want to make something huge or incredibly flimsy.
>You are the reason 1400 people lost their jobs
I'm sure it was more than the tiny amount of AFOL sales, and even if, there's no reason for a consumer to buy products they don't want
Nothing seems to contain a spider-shaped villain vehicle and that's what was shown in the official preview.
King/queen/bigfig villain are things every wave so this is hardly a proof OP has any insider info.
Found this little gem at a Walmart that was getting shut of its Volcano sets. I've got a few planes that need pilots, so getting the flight suit/coverall bodies for cheap is nice.
Never got any of those baseplates. Unless they are all crazy warped now I imagine I would find it useful with characterizing some Ninjago huts with. I really wanted one of the dragon castles back in the day.
>ordered 7 wheels instead of 8 because I thought I already had one of them
I've made a terrible mistake.
Until you get a set that has ONE wheel..
There isn't much of it around (we got less than a dozen Nexo drawings and it was in development since 2009) and whenver something new comes, people basically dump all the old stuff here, so honestly just checking the general every now and then is your best bet.
>What were your inspirations for these?
can't be a coincidence, right, guys? plz gib shadman death waifig, Lego.
I love how classic that looks!
>waiting for parts is hell
This is a good year for long-term moc projects in the /lg/. Remember the anon who made the giant platform with the numbers on the deck?
Loving your Disneyplanes, can't wait to see the Aurora in real life!
this makes me want to build strange planes. I got a set of props done...
Pretty sure official instructions already exist.
Started this two days ago, I want to restrict myself to only using the parts from the TIE Striker, Krennic's Shuttle and Maul's Infiltrator from 2015, haven't done anything but this and a quick pencil sketch which i already lost apparently.
Remove pic related from those 4 barrels and slide those bushings to the tips instead. Bam, instant gatling guns.
Could also use a bit more blue on top of those engine pods.
Lookin good though.
It's not as much as other things I've built previously. Can't post it now because I have no pics of it and I'm going to bed, but I've built a shuttle that does exactly the same with it's wings. But yeah, it's probably my favourite building technique.
Still working on that centaur thing from last thread; torso's hard to work with when two of the most important pieces aren't in LDD yet.
Also, do you guys think I should change the arms to use mixel joints instead of CCBS bones?
Almost done, the last parts I need should be here in the next couple days.
>Planning on using these to made a big Ice Planet 2002 command rig.
You're right about the blue, thanks.
though it's going to get a mostly-blue cargo section.
Take one of those transparent 1x2 neck braces and place it in the front, then put appropriate circular studs or tiles on them. This'll give your klockettes some Duplo-sized cylindrical bricks.
I recently made an order on BL. The seller had 100% feedback from 1700+ orders. They sent an invoice the day after I ordered. I payed with in a couple of hours of getting the invoice and within an hour I got a message from them saying "thanks for the quick payment, if there are any problems, please feel free to contact me".
A few days later, once the payment had cleared, they shipped the order, once again sending a message to let me know and once again telling me to contact them if I have any questions, need help or have any problems. They also left positive feedback.
I planned on giving them positive feedback and a great comment, for what I consider to be really great service.
Now the orders came in today and it is missing a couple of things. Namely 6 weapons, totaling about $3.50.
As I said, so far they've provided excellent customer service and I did open the package in my car (to see what order it was that had arrived). However, I only opened the top, looked in, pulled out a business card and then partially resealed and sat it on my passenger seat. I didn't take anything out. I've also looked through my car and found no sign of them, but the possibility remains, that they may have been included and I lost them on my own.
I fear that if I say "Hey, the weapons were missing" and they give me a refund, I'll then find the parts in my car or something.
What should I do /lg/?
So should I contact them and see if this was an honest mistake on their part and the weapons were just left out by accident, or should I just say all's good and cut my loses?
I made this ship yesterday using mainly pieces of that smaller set with Vader.
I am quite proud and now my White miners have nice ship.
They need to stop doing that shit where they sell a big fig/unique part with a huge vehicle/building.
i havent bought a lego set since Metalbeard when it first came out, because im buying all the parts i need from bricklink
That looks kickass, but I think you should put some kind of stoppers on the feet so it doesn't roll around everywhere..
They need to stop adding those small vehicles like that horse bike or the crab mech from the Ninjago Lightning Jet to drive up the price and instead release them separately as 5$ impulse sets.
Bitch Tower Carrier was one of the better year one sets.
Also, paid 10€ for this. Little over 300 parts. How'd I do?
What is your excuse for not owning this set?
>5 minifigs, including main cast members, civilian and a bad guy
>has both structure and vehicle, best of both worlds
>bike is something we haven't had before
This is honestly one of my set of the year-contenders
When the fuck are we going to get basic (IE main colour):
of this mold. It's a pretty sick part and I want to make a brickbuilt dragon in the scheme of the oldschool dragon knights/black knights.
and maybe black
Fuuck you are absolutely right, i hate those small shitty vehicles that don't contribute to set at all and their main purpose is driving the price up. Ironically people are put off with higher price so lego makes less despite charging more, serves them right.
And what we really need is nexo knights bad guys 10$ set just like city has those small sets with 4 minifigures
Lego jews released their battlepack with 3 minifigures, they even reduced the number of minifigs from previous wawe and are asking 15$ for it, no way somebody is paying that much... and yet they are suprised with how profit is dropping of for them, they brought this on themselves for being greedy jews and overpriceing their product, now some faggot will bring that price per piece ratio, fuck off please, dont you dare mention that shit to me. 1×1 plate is not worth as much as castle wall panel and they are keeping same parts number for that price range but they are making parts smaller. Lego sets should be compared on how much does the set weighs in grams and not how much fucking pieces does it have. The weight of plastic should be measured not gay price per piece ratio. They are ignoring their primary market-kids and they don't produce sets which you can buy with pocket money anymore. Yes, there are cmf but they are not sets and they are pretty limited on what you can do with it. I just hope that this will hit lego where it hurts them the most, their wallet so they make their sets available to everyone and not just rich cunts who dump 800$ on shitty grey brick.
Even my gf thinks is stupid to re-re-release this shit instead of something different and better constructed
I showed her the build inside out and she said it was a piece of half assed shit that someone could've done better
She was even dissapointed with the Disney castle saying it could had been so much better if it was one of those structures/buildings with hinges that part in half showing extra detail and include more shit
Lego isn't even trying anymore
It's great little set, only flaw is that they didnt include fish villain instead of that generic thug and that set would be surely best of the year. But nya is a waifig, i like her looks so much also lloyd is nice
Is it actually confirmed or some cunt spred false rumours? Because in those leaks we just see black boxes, it could be anything really, so dont put your hopes up until we see the set pictures
>And what we really need is nexo knights bad guys 10$ set just like city has those small sets with 4 minifigures
I believe that's the niche sets like The Glob Lobber, Chaos Catapult, Knighton Disc Launchers and King's Guard Artillery were supposed to fill. Unfortunately all they managed to do was give us a (generally) lame build and two minifigures. They should really replace one of those little versus sets with a Chima-style tribe pack for the villains. Jestro's running around with hordes of cannon fodder monsters, after all.
Not sure why the City starters are so much better than Nexo Knights' or Ninjago's, they just are.
It's 2017 stuff, they ended up doing the hair in medium blue instead.
She would be perfect if not for her terrible taste in men, especially this mentally unstable manchild twink.
Where can I buy this? How much does this Lego brick built woman?
Wow,this looks amazing! Will you do the Dragon warrior?
Yep. Is good only waifus. Pretty decent.
>No single bike in the movie line
Did they kill some of the designers or what? I love the movie sets but it's weird for Ninjago to not have any bikes.
It's so odd to me that Bonkle g2 was going at the same time, and they introduced new things to ccbs with gearbox and waist articulation, and yet they can't get the same of SW. I honestly don't understand why every set can't have at least the gearbox
Don't be afraid,2018 will bring us a lot of bikes.
I think only the big fig and big temple sets will sell, maybe the Zane set will sell too. The rest will shelfwarm.
I was hoping to be able to afford the UCS Millennium Falcon when they rereleased it, but honestly it's so disappointing. The $300 price hike is not what I was expecting, I don't remember the old interior but the new design is unbelievably poor, and they fit so little detail into its massive piece count outside of mediocre greeble.
I've never gotten a UCS but there has been a huge drop in quality since the Slave 1 and coincidently or not the Disney take over. I'm still intrigued by a AT-AT at $200+ but can't trust Lego not to drop the ball at this point.
not sure if this is your scene anon - it's no cathedral but some shit i cobbled together a few months ago so my nexo bad guys could have a base
>Also stone battlepack sicks compared to the knights- no helmets, no unique prints...
>I believe that's the niche sets like The Glob Lobber, Chaos Catapult, Knighton Disc Launchers and King's Guard Artillery were supposed to fill. >Not sure why the City starters are so much better than Nexo Knights' or Ninjago's, they just are.
Indeed, I got one of each Small set and two of the "Army Builder" blister cards, but the new Army Builders are way lamer by shaving off only $2 USD for one less Minifig, and the Stone Army got no small generic set of their own...
>Having that little vehicle as a taxi would be pretty good I guess.
Well that's what they primary use Tuk-tuks for, as well as a small cargo hauler.
You probably are
It just looks bad overall (terrible face, long joints that ruin the illusion of fur from the weirdly printed pieces)
Just crappy over all, but then again, that's most of the non armored Ccbs figures
Adventures already had a reboot, it was called Orient Expedition and was better than the original
Exo Force was 90% shit and I'd rather just have two-three well-designed mechs per year in various themes like we do now. For the same reason I'm ok with fantasy themes like NK/Ninjago, since designers can do a lot of stuff that wouldn't sustain a full theme as part of them without ideas jumping the shark - a full dragon theme would end up boring within a year or two but stating with the ghost wave, Ninjago gave us one or two fantastic dragon builds per year.
good point, but still, I wish they would just end constraction since they've made it extremely apparent that they not only have no idea what they're doing with it anymore, but they dont even want it
>that's what they primary use Tuk-tuks for
Which is why I kinda hoped/hope for a taxi version.
And it might be possible to get 3rd party custom stickers to add some variety to things.
In regards to Nexo Knights my one wish is that they would make an Ava minifig where she is doing that adorable squint she does in the show.
pls /lg/ advise me
Got a Bricklink order in, with some parts and minifigs I wanted, and then an 'oh I could use that' assortment of dark gray parts. 20 1x2 bricks, 10 1x4 bricks and so on.
The seller made a mistake and instead of 20 2x4 plates sent 10. Value 60 cents. What would you do?
Message them and explain the error, and write "Please send the missing pieces if possible". If they tell you no (they will almost certainly not tell you no) then you just have to ask for a refund. But they will almost assuredly send you the missing parts.
This is true. When contacting people from other regions, engage in combat first, immobilise them and the question them for the lack accuracy in the number of pieces. Then proceed to threaten them with a piercing object or a gun until they give you the appropriate pieces. After the deed is done, use the previously mentioned weapon to eliminate them and take all their belongings.
(sorry for post dumping, internet crapped out and this way it feels less like i wasted my time typing this)
Seconding this, but heard from several sources kids apparently do this less now.
(some pedagogy psychologist had her worries about this with wich i was pretty onboard for the most part, but she sabotaged herself a bit by mentioning cookiemonster in her initial example. (A character loved because of its a lovable and universally relatable flawed character moreso than brandrecognition)
I used to actively avoid using pieces with logos on it like Exploriens because then it would give away that it wasn't my own made up thing that i wanted it to be. I wanted to make my own worlds, not redo existing stuff.
I've really come to love all the different official Lego factions now though and happily integrate and headcanon them into my world however i please next to 100% original stuff.
Some of these sets were really fucking boss yet i never bought any of them. They are edgy but also have that mid 2000's fantastic/abstract dromeracers/technic vibe vehicles.
that looks really great lq, your architecture has gotten so much better
The all black railings and structure look really good anon! A big improvement.
You're well on your way anon.
Man this Manta-flyer and the stubby little Crabby mech that comes with the thunderplane are so adorable.
>tfw the 11 bricklink orders i made turn into 13 bricklink orders
>after several updated additional batches the original budget of "about the price of Ninjago city has now risen to couple hudred euros
>black 2x8 Duplo brick on the nightstand
Also the little passport set is surprisingly fun and comes with some cool little accesories.
>I used to actively avoid using pieces with logos on it like Exploriens because then it would give away that it wasn't my own made up thing that i wanted it to be. I wanted to make my own worlds, not redo existing stuff.
This is why I'm not a big fan of the overly-specific printing detail on a lot of Ninjago or (previously) chima figs. A lot of them are very character-specific
>tfw worked hard ordering all these pieces from Bricklink
>to build my very own leather gay bar
>tfw one guy from Europe wants to buy it from me
>tfw idk if i should sell it because i will miss those tiny gays
Post your favorite original theme.
Mine is pic related.
Ninjago year 2 sets are still the best ones. I did like the anacondrai, ghost and vermillion waves.
Power Miners. Fave set,Jestro's HQ does remind me of this set.
don't ask too many questions about what's happening in the back corner
I would want a space theme Gundam style with robot protagonists fighting aliens. Something like this? I would also love to see more use of the Nexo battle suit armor.
>tfw want Ninjago City
>tfw I know it won't ever be as wonderful as it is in my imagination
>tfw I know I'll feel guilt over spending so much on it, even if I save
Growing up hurts.
>Better and stronger build than G1
that's where you're wrong anon, pictures don't do justice to how huge and how fun and how beautiful this glorious shit is
Did someone evr try to put the GS robots into the Nexo battle suits?
Kek you say that like he'd actually pull inspiration from obscure concept art for a fucking Lego theme that hadn't yet been released or announced.
Monster fighters is GOAT
>several awesome platsets
>amazing haunted house
>spooky as fuck
Even the little vehicles that came with larger things are pretty great. (The biKe in your pic in that sweet dark red and that pimping car that comes with the castle)
Castle fantasy subtheme, it's a shame both of the castle lines we got since then were very boring outside of the blacksmith/peasant sets.
SPIII is my second fave and I really like recent robots and dragons from Ninjago a lot. NK has some pearls too, if it was released when I was a kid it'd be my favorite theme.
thanks anon. i do not have a flickr, i mostly just like to shitpost here and see what you glorious winged faggots have to say
I only got the Gillman set, but I would probably vote for this. If I had known about it at the time I probably would have bought the mansion.
Is this even a question?
Thanks /lg/ for getting me off licensed shit.
The human vehicles sucked but retro UFOs with horrified civilians were a fun concept. Early 2010s Lego had a lot of solid themes, really - Ninjago and NK are decent but I miss single wave original themes.
Kino set for a kino theme. Chima reboot when?
Funny enough this was the theme to pull be back into Lego. I'm a huge sucker for classic monsters, I ended up buying about half of the theme in the end. The Ghost Train is still one of the favorite sets.
I prefer the original line as there were a more uniform bad guys, I especially loved collecting all the henchmen. Cool cyborg stuff too. However, I have to say that the Ultra Agents vehicles had better playability.
>He doesn't like the best waifu
I really hope that the next year Nexo villains will be trans green undead warriors,I didn't get the ghost villains from ninjago in 2015 because it was during my dark ages.
Parts came in, so I was able to "finalize" my pod. Still deciding whether or not to add the windscreen stickers.
>axe and hook
Funnily enough, these were old codenames for the sets.
Keep in mind that the axe is only available in that one set. Other weapons of the bunch were used in various things in various colors.
okay this is awesome. I like the windshield as is, can't decide if it'd be better stickered.
The little radar dish might look better mounted beside the cockpit, with more articulation so it can point straight forward as well.
Favorite old school theme is Forestmen, favorite newer theme has to be first wave Chima. It's like Space meets Castle, but with animals. It's almost a precursor to Nexo Knights in a way. There's also the Game of Thrones-type kingdoms warring with each other aspect that I liked.
I feel like the area near the cockpit has a good form, and adding a protrusion would ruin it.
Changed it up a bit, though. Much more of a bulky, mechanical feel.
Are you excited for the Ninjago Movie? Do you have any sets? How many of you like Koko(Misako)?
Dude how did he even get in contact with you?
If it's a gay dude that isn't necesarilly into Lego i'd suggest bricklinking it for him with some interest so you can keep your own guys.
Your spacecowboys are really cute, i've been looking for some cute outfits for my Gypsy Moth but haven't gathered something i'm happy with yet.
Wacky original IP's galore, more homely space sets, more structures and props/ interiors, 6-wide two-seaters would be a thing. Less angry superheroes, more cool attitude and wacky fun that can be enjoyed by several forms of autism.
I'd dial down on those weird stupid asymetrical smirky smiles and angry kirby faces and more different emotions.
I got the hearse for my birthday, it's still sort of intact as a monstertruck but since it's 8-wide i havent done all that much with it.
The dracula figure is goat and makes me smile whenever i see him and his waif chilling in silly situations. He just looks so peeved and out of touch, it's adorable.
I was just getting back into Lego at the time and only after making my own space city street did i started kicking myself for ignoring it. I even gave my not into lego childhood friend a set back then as a joke so i don't even have that one.
Looking smooth anon. Great subtle colouruse to break up the surfaces.
Wasn't such a Chima fan but that gorilla mech is still amazing stuff. It literally has a banana-cannon from gta3. "thank you pogo, have a diamond!"
Atlantis was kino. Sea monsters theme when?
Sometimes peope consider a movie not worth it if friends or critics they for the most part agree with say it's not worth your time. If you want to watch it regardless for other reasons ofcourse they can do it, but if a movie is unanimously viewed by people you trust to be complete ass you might just want to reserve it for a rental or pirate somtime down the line instead of the theater.
I don't even into Batman, but i liked the Lego Batman movie better than the original despite that one pandering to my nostalgia way more.
Because of this, i'm cautiously optimistic about this one. Atleast the visual style of the movie is neat.
I'm building the Water Strider right now. First Ninjago set I ever buy, and I must say I'm impressed. It's a fun build and the cyberpunk aesthetic is really nice. Does anyone want the sticker sheet?
Megazord when? Also support: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/4c15202d-e039-4eef-9b6c-5d16617dc86b
We are closer anon. Voltron set comes next year.
>goin to de lego stoh tomorrow to get me a siberian pimpmobile
I can't fucking wait, lads. Gonna smash that build out in about 4 hours and get that familiar guilt such like you would get from a wank over a shemale video or similar
So I play a bit of DnD, and was thinking about using minifigs as character figures for games.
Problem is, I don't have an extensive parts library and I've never purchased minis or pieces individually, almost always sets.
Good idea/bad idea/good parts to look for?
I have a bizarre scenario: I live in a shitty rented flat above a closed-off basement that basically has a swamp in it, and all my rubber lego bits (tyres etc.) are stinky and mouldy.
Am I going to fuck them up forever by putting them in a diswasher?
I'm dying over here anon.
What are the essential Lego things I should bring to occupy my away from home time that may or may not have power? My plan is a box of classic, a few minifigs, a brick sperator, and maybe a couple of baseplates.
Also stay safe out there Daytona-bro. And the other anons in Florida.
>box of classic
have you not developed enough taste that you know what you like to build? bring your favorite parts not just a box of classic
hell, just bring the leftovers from your last project, it will have a coherent color scheme
>I still don't get how they made all those live action movies based on this theme
You have to know by now that the Movie will never live up the original material...
If you think that was sick check out these
Its a pity there were no instructions for these
>Also stay safe out there Daytona-bro. And the other anons in Florida.
