Nope, not a clue, but i have some more facts about him, hes not mego size,is a bit taller than mego but still not as tall as a ken doll so i'll say he is 9 inches tall, his head is 1/6 scale but his body is 1/8 or even 1/9, weird fact is the arms are indeed mego sized. The head seems to be asian featured and the hair is disturbing.

I belive its an old chinesse bootleg doll from the chinese army, the head clearly is asian, the body is a mix up betwen old soft hollow plastic and rubber (the arms) i changed his arm for a couple of mego clone arms to have better articulations. the size is exactly the same but the torso and legs are bigger than megos

So we have head 1/6, torso and lega 1/8 and arma 1/9 (head for 12", torso and lega for 10" and arms 8")
