Gyro is pretty good
My paint application is as good as other SAS I have, QC was pretty shit with the other ones though.
Paint shading is there but not accentuated like other SAS
Articulation sturdy feels good like Medicos finally arrived to this age articulation standard on an user nonetheless.
Plastic feels I don't know lighter?
Solid 7/10 lacks accessories, shine in his eyes and shading should look better

I just got my WF Jonathan yesterday, and I would definitely recommend him.
Stunning figure, probably my favorite overall, his colors are easily the best in my collection. Accessories are nice, backpack and Pluck & Sword, both compliment him very well, both regarding the colors, the red and charcoal from the sword, and the light brown from the backpack, and his display. Soundplate is nice too.
Articulation is alright, haven't messed much with him yet.

How's Crazy Diamond?
I just got BT Joseph and both Jotaro and Star Platinum from SC and DU each, and so far DU Star Platinum is awesome.

I can tell you that in-person, WF KQ is solid but I wouldn't go above 12k and even 9k if the hand and Kosaku head is missing. The eyes are a nice detail to match the origin art and in-hand the paint is really good all around. It's definitely one of my top SAS in terms of sheer looks.

It was just what they had. There was a Silver Chariot Requiem, Zeppeli, Deadman's Questions, Catplant, Echoes and Oingo Boingo shirts too but those were all $60+. I considered Oingo Boingo but not for $100. I splurged on the Pink Dark Man shirt because it was so sick. I do like Harvest though. I was bummed to find they had the Stardust Crusaders converse but not the Part 4 ones in stock. But I scored on all the little keychains and magnets and shit. It's pretty effective, as effective(maybe more)as the old hinge and ball peg and the new one has better tilt. So yeah the new one is definitely an improvement.
But please disregard the better shoulder movement, managing to get the arms across his chest without a dedicated butterfly joint like Joseph but just a ball peg.

The paint is lackluster and the eyes suck ass I'm not gonna sugarcoat that, but the sculpt is great and the articulation is some of the best we've seen in the whole line. All together Gyro is good, not great, but good. Glad someone else is finally seeing it too

You can actually get pretty creative with most SAS by not putting the ball all the way into the hole. It's not as secure, and it might not look perfect, but it allows you to do all kinds of shit you otherwise couldn't. Gyro can't do that though, because of the way the peg sits.

You just described my collection. Originally was supposed to be only villains then it somehow exploded.

My Gyro from Amiami has finally arrived and I'm actually pretty happy with it. There is definitely some shading on the purple parts of the figure. The tan looks odd though, because it has as far as I can tell, it has no shading. His hair is pretty nicely shaded. I've got a paint chip on the beard of his stoic head, but the way his beard is done you can bairly tell it's there anyways (both his beard and the paint chip). The hat that people complained about is really a nonissue and it's ball peg gives it a bit of articulation. His cape is just awesome to mess with, really glad they articulated it. His eyes are definitely a low point, being really poorly shaded.

He's not a bad figure, certainly not as bad as many make him out to be. Overall, my biggest gripes are his eyes, his beard's lack of visibility, and the lack of alternate expressions. I know people are peeved about the price, and understandably so. Ordinarily, I could easily justify it with, "that's not an abnormal price for a rare Jojo SAS." However, 8k+ appears to be the new norm for these things at retail, and that is NOT ok, especially if Gyro is an indication of future quality. If retail prices are gonna go up by so much, then so should quality.

I'll try to snap some pics of Gyro on my phone if anyone is interested.

Funnily enough I went by my local shops and noticed Toyohisa from Drifters being $90+ and scoffing a bit before realizing the price bumps on initial orders. At least playing the waiting game for those reviewer and 2ch shots helps ease the pain of pulling the trigger too early. Though I'll be really bummed out if Valentine and D4C meet a similar fate, my hero and villain setup just needs them with Johnny/Gyro to finish my collection and waiting for Part 8 begins.
