The Powered Up Rider 1 figuart looks a hundred times better than it did in the actual movie, anyone own it? How's the articulation compared to regular Figuarts? In the movie the natural form of the suit made it looks stiff and limited as hell.

Is it just me, or does this motherfucker look real underwhelming to anyone else? When I saw him in the show I thought, "that's a day one preorder for sure." My semi birthday haul this weekend off Japan world heroes and Mandarake.

The Bugster buckle is ridiculously fun and for a DX you can just slide a belt in the buckle.

Also ordered the CSM W Driver this weekend and that should be tons of fun as well.

It's worth every penny. The actual belt looks so much better than the normal plastic waistband, and the paint finish is leagues above the DX toy. The only thing I wish it could do is a double maximum drive, but that was only done once in the series.

Got my CSM W Driver today and its such a treat to wear and terrorize my dog with it.

I'm pretty happy with how these look overall. They're not as nice as converge or anything, but they still look pretty good. Very detailed for their size and price. The working gimmick and the fact that they actually pull the eyes off well unlike So-Do or BCR makes them pretty worth it.

So-Do Build Sets 3 and 4 are up for preorder on HLJ. AmiAmi has sets 2-4 listed but 4 appears to be sold out. Both places also have the first set of the Kyuranger figures up.

I preordered the three sets from HLJ just in case. Hopefully they put up complete sets of them later and I can switch to those (and they don't just forget set 2), if I decide to commit to the line after I have set 1 in hand. The Kyuranger ones I preordered just because I had been looking forward to them, but I admit I doubt I'll go through with buying them unless they also do a complete set. The selection is so barren that it really takes the wind out of my sails.

Yeah, they're including RabbitSoujiki and HarinezumiTank in the merchandising early basically just to show off the gimmick. The Best Matches that use them will be out in a couple of months.

Converge honestly look much, much nicer, though. Way more detailed, better proportions. The Build Converge looks like one of the best the line has produced. It even looks like it can pull the gimmick off.

The only problem is because of how Converge works RabbitTank and probably eventually Claws are the only guys we'll see released normally. If they ever release any more they'll definitely be P-Bandai. The only advantages Remix Riders really has is that it's a dedicated Build line and so it has a much wider variety, and is cheaper.

I'm happy with how they are regardless, but I do sort of wish it was an actual Converge sub-line rather than just Converge-like. A full line as good as that Converge RabbitTank looks would be incredible.

In my eyes, the eyes look best on the Remix Riders, but the belt and sculpt details are clearly better on converge.
