I think for a line with a customer base this small it's stupid to have 10 different companies all with different websites pumping out sales 3-6 times a year with usually about a week's advance notice. It's so much to keep track of and takes the forward momentum out of each individual line for me- especially the more obviously "glyos" lines. What point is compatibility if I won't know for 6 months if a toy I can only buy for a few minutes to a few weeks will come out in matching colors with anything else? It's just fucking annoying at this point.

I suppose you're right, but both of those are sort of things that only people already entrenched in glyos will really be aware of. I'd really appreciate a more umbrella approach to things, especially with all the guys that are already friends.

At the very least it would be nice to see more concrete communication on plans for this stuff- I've passed on a few recent drops from various companies, and then a month or two or more later more of the sister companies put out compatible colors and I think "Well I would totally get some of this stuff if I had bought the first round of things..but now that's all sold out so fuck it all" and wind up passing on everything in a given color when, had the molds been timed together or at least revealed in a timely manner then I'd be making way more purchases than as of late.

Nice to see my post deleted that did nothing but state the facts- the 4H put out $100 fan clubs for powerlords, with(and I'm being VERY generous here) $50 worth of merc included and the promise of a discount with any PL releases for a year. They released 2 figures a couple of times over a course of 5 months and then did nothing afterwards nor have said a word on this. If you bought one of every figure released with the fanclub then you were scammed into paying more than the general anon who bought the figures without a "discount" fanclub membership.

So basically its Kent and Spy Monkey who do whatever they want and refuse to do much to tie in

I replied to your post in the previous thread. It's not hard to keep up with all the lines because Matt posts on the main Glyos blog every time one of the sister companies has a release. So as long as you can put up with checking one web site (which isn't obscure or hard to find whatsoever for newcomers--it's the main site after all), you'll be fine.

This is all good info(no seriously, I appreciate it) but I wish this was actual public knowledge and not stuff that you gleamed off of a con conversation or skimming through every glyos related messageboard or website.

I maintain that they should just be releasing this stuff together/in quick succession so you could a) know what will actually be released and b) with enough foresight to plan on what you'd actually like to make/purchase. It's a building toyline for fucks sake, it makes it kind of difficult when they only ever run colors once in small numbers and fuck you this accessory pack which is vital to my enjoyment of this figure released 3 months later is now sold out.

Yeah, the prospect of the Callgrimizer is incredibly exciting, but then I realize that I am actually not attracted to like 70% of the colorways in the archive. Too much drab/realtype for me. So it's a pretty big dice roll...eh. I think I'll pass. I already have my glorious Solaris 'Grim, and I'll just buy Legacy, Eternal, and Trovic Hybrid on the aftermarket. I'll probably pay more for em, but at least I'll know what I'm getting.

Has Callgrim ever released a two part color way figure that matches with things that have released? All of the colors seem to be standalone in their release with the exception of the single color releases/

I forgot that the regular standard callgrim doesn't have that cool scarf the warp bike version has.

See, that's the thing though. I already own most of the weird ones like Tera Mite and Fragrarian. What I mean is that the potential for me to get a Grim I don't own yet with colors I actually like is pretty low.

Was not expecting a Callgrim drop, how awesome. I went ahead and picked up a Standard 'grim. I do love the Order MKIII and the white/grey mixes are just okay. I was going to pick up the Standard 'grim and Standard Order, but $26 shipped for two figures made me drop the Order. Plus I never do much with my Callgrims because of how weird they are to stand and I'm not too huge on the mold overall.

But I'm excited they're back for a short time while they last.
Also everyone keep in mind Jesse's post says "For a short time, Callgrim is back"

It's not like I was anyway. Jesse has been so sporadic with releases for a long time now, and now that he's putting more time into his printing company it's probably just going to get worse, not better.

Also, I'm not really a big fan of the Callgrim/Order look, but the Hollow and Caliber Dome configurations are fucking rad.

I picked up 'Grim, the Order, Met. Redgrim, and a randomizer.

Hopefully I get something good.

So I was dumb and decided to make all my molds one part molds for my figure. I learned a lot though. When my next batch of silicone comes in i will be doing two part molds. I am going to be sculpting the pelvis and hip connectors soon since the upper body is done

Also it's very common for several delays due to Chinese factory things and making sure the QC is up to par.
Look how the first Reaper Bones miniatures went.
And look how the Bones II are now, should have shipped in September and looks like we won't be getting them until January.
