Got mine as well, its descent for the money but mine arrived with no issues besides some crap paint apps and easily fixed flash.

Managed to ham hand the neck joint on mine in 30seconds.

fixed with a bit of Gunpla sprue.

5 weeks? Where did the seller shipped from and had to ship to?

I've bought figurines from Japan, China and the U.S. and those arrived in 4 days (i live in the netherlands) The ones from the U.S. took a few days longer though but that's the process time i'm used to so 5 weeks sound pretty long to me
