Finding a middle ground, especially in varying niche markets is a tricky business and in constant flux. And customizing figures throws in additional supply and demand dynamics that I'm not that well researched on.

Also, you do have a point about the zombie and shotgun guy; I'd based the lineup for wave 1 on monsters that were in Doom 1, and the wave 2 for monsters that were specifically added for Doom 2 (not counting the Cyberdemon and Spider Mastermind in that division because Doom 2 was an ass about giving us more new bosses).

Heads would be fun, but given that the line only has enough for two waves, some of them would have to be omitted, or it'd have to be three heads a figure or something.

(God mode head is an SDCC thing just because.)

I trying to search for a Archer figure found this looks like a generic toy at Walmart. I wished figma or S.H. figuarts would make one but I doubt it.
