Open 'em. Even long time collectors have a hard time guessing which figures will rise in price. The ones in your pic probably won't though. Dragonball is seeing a revival right now, so supply outweighs demand. Hell, the ones in your list, like Picollo, didn't rise in price even before the revival.

Can you imagine the howling over exclusives at an event completely controlled by Hasbro? There's nobody to shift blame onto.

Love their sculpting, wish they had good articulation. Samurai Spawn was the first figure to make me realize a level had risen and all figures from then-on that I got where judged by that standard. But almost 20 years later, they never continued off that promise, which is a damn shame.

I'm still pissed they didn't finish the last members of Blue team or Osiris team.

10th Anniversary Spawn is the best figure he's ever gotten; I was able to find him 2 years ago for about ten dollars, he goes for much more.

He finally has a good Angela with Marvel Legends one.

They're called Sylvian Families. They're made by Epoch. There's tons of knockoff brands in burgerland you can get in places like Target, but the standard shops like hlj and amiami have them. Mandarake also has their accessories and such often.

In the US they're called Calico Critters and can be found at Toys R Us and various retailers. They're distributed by International Playthings but they're the same as the Epoch line apart from some availability. Tomy was distributor in the 1980's and they lost the Sylvanian Families trademark in North America, so they rebranded them as Calico Critters.
