I really like mine! I love the color scheme and the accents of gold/yellow courtesy of the missile pods are a great contrast. Base MS is extremely solid and remains so even after you attach all the accessories; nothing fiddly or fragile feeling as everything attaches very securely with satisfying confirming clicks.

Gonna concur with what >>6346725 said; it's extremely well done. If you're interested in a Dodai it's absolutely worth picking up.

>Subjectanon discovers that all toylines have their merits
I collect XYZ figures and don't care about ABC figures. They're just not something I'm into.
But if you like them, that's ok. As long as you're enjoying them, that's all that matters.
Are there any toy lines you really want to get behind but find yourself just unable to pull the trigger because you know it will be a large investment to commit to?
For me it's the Figma Table Museum. There are so many iconic artworks here and this really is a unique opportunity to have figures of them that really will look neat in a dedicated collection.
What's yours?
>>6341675
I have the Vitruvian Man, Thinker, Angels, and pre-ordered The Scream but I don't have a dedicated collection for them. Just have fun posing them next to your other figures.
If you're unsure, Venus de Milo is fun. Only TTM I have, probably will get the Scream when it's released, maybe Shamefur Dispray. I will so preorder 'The Wife of the Fisherman's Dream' or Venus of Willendorf on Day 1.
The two lines I can't bring myself to invest in yet iare Frame Arms Girls and .Megami Device. I love the looks and the media associated with both lines, but gunpla doesn't do it for me anymore, even if it's moeblobs.
>>6341675
I'm chasing the Table Museum right now, don't have a problem pulling the trigger.
I start having issues when it comes to Acid Rain. I'd like to army build and get multiples of the different types but I have an issue paying that much for a 1:18 figure. Not sure why I'd pay the same amount for a Figma but hesitate for Acid Rain. I currently only have one.

Someone got paid to design that, and someone else thought it was a good idea.

Useful for zombie dioramas. Paint the plugs red and then you can have your zombies eat their brains out.
My Toyrus has the CoD Hovercraft on clearance for $99. Should I grab it, or is it still overpriced?
Because when I was a kid I actually played with toys instead of staring at them.
Kendama, Begleri, Balisong, Diabolo, Yoyo, Kururin, Penspinning, Cardistry, etc. What do you play with?
>What is x?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kendama
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Begleri
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balisong
etc.
Personally, I'm stuck in roll hell, trying to figure out laddering with a begleri. Rolls freak me out because you have to let go of the entire toy for a good half a second, and in this time it usually flies across the room, instead of looping around my finger like it should. I'll get it eventually. Just gotta throw the thing across the room another fifty or so times.
I also got a kururin recently for fun, and it turns out it's much, much harder than any video makes it look. I thought there would be no skill element. Turns out it only flips like that if you do everything absolutely perfectly.
You don't have to be a cunt about it.
>>6307619
That's fair, it was pretty out of line, I just didn't have any other distinguishing hook to go with.
Currently obsessed with yoyoing, also have a kendama I play with from time to time.
Got a YYJ Classic Pro and a Terra Pill coming in the mail tomorrow so those should be fun.
Also thinking about making some Begleri since it reminds me a lot of penspinning which I did a shitton of in school.
old one died
aside from this, i have a few items on preorder (Mezco Punisher, SHF SS Vegeta, SAC Major reissue, Kat/Raven figmas, that fat old pervert figure and a lewd image) and ordered some old jap movies
Post more pics of sandwich.

We only know that it exists, no clue on when it's coming out, or what the robot mode looks like.
I just got charged for mine on HLJ, and there're more in stock. I remember the last thread was full of people kicking themselves for missing the first release, so heads up.
I ordered mine from amiami and haven't gotten anything yet. Soon I hope.

I collect Marvel Legends and call Mezco "mini Hot Toys"
I'm looking for a modular dollshouse.
Does anyone have one and if so what can you tell me about it? The one in the picture looks really cool but they look like they're no longer in business.
There's a Swedish brand called Lundby Smaland, their dollhouses can be stacked and connected, with tiny electrical outlets to power their tiny lights. I never got into them though since their prices are quite high.
>>6372459
Thanks! I'm in australia so I'm used to things being overpriced. I had a look, the dolls house itself is reasonable but the furniture, yikes!
I'm looking for something more modular than this though. But I'll keep it in the back of my mind as plan B.
>>6372678
If you want maximum modularity and low prices, consider a chinese lego friends knockoff. Some of them follow the dollhouse theme but are 1:48 instead of 1:12 like a traditional dollhouse.

And, speaking of hope, is there anywhere I can still pick this guy up for less than $200?
>>6372365
If you're up for KOs from Ebay, sure.
As for hope, maybe at a 50% tomatometer. I'd just give it a thumbs up for Baylore fanservice IE. mentions to dead Autobots, Barricade having a large role, Crosshairs funnies and Megatron vs Prime.
For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

Frame Arms Group Build
This time the idea is to build any Frame Arms, or Frame Arms Girl kit, and paint and customize it.
The rules are overall pretty simple, the base must be recognizable as FA or FA Girl, other than that there's no limit on what you can do.
Due Date: September 1st
Note: This is a prize build, there will be a prize provided by me, there will also be a mystery prize provided by another anon. That means that to enter, I need WIP pictures submitted before the due date. Simply email me some pictures of you working on it, I don't care at what point, as long as it's possible to tell where your final product came from.
Prize Pack:
MSG Free Style Bazooka
MSG Impact Knuckle
MSG Beast Sword
MSG Assault Rifle #2
Miscellaneous supplies
I'm probably going to add more, but I'll let those be a secret.
Email: [email protected]
I'm also available via IRC and Steam.
