I thought Kingdom hearts was stuff from Square-Enix and we could only have PlayArts figures.
Isn't SHF line from Bandai?
If Bandai could do it, I would guess MaxFactory could too, no?
>©Disney
only possible if retards stop buying shitty PAKs and square loses the incentive to hold onto their IPs when it comes to toys
>>6397715
This is a bandai + disney deal, nothing to do with square-enix.
So no chance of FF stuff.
Post figures from cartoons/movies
Preferably figures with real fabrics too that look cool.
PREFERABLY CARTOON CHARACTERS
PREFERABLY HANNAH BARBERA/ANY FUCKING CARTOON NETWORK/BOOMERANG
>>6397564
You have very specific preferences. Here's what I came up with.
>>6397570
I don't even remember watching the show, aside from a little coast to coast when I was little but it's just so fucking nice looking

Here's a shot In the box, makes me not even wanna take it out lmao, also is that your

Can Nitro Zeus be the next big crossover Decepticon we see in cartoons going forward?
I'm Definitely adding him to the ranks of my Decepticon elite; a gang of my favorite -Cons from all sorts of lines.
>>6397402
Well, clearly someone liked him, his design's been floating around for a few movies now, got used in AOE, then tweaked for TLK and actually lasted longer than any other villain in the film.
I hope he turns into the new Lugnut.
Is there a decent figure of him at all? I'd love Figuarts to do one but it's not looking like that'll happen any time soon, if ever.
>>6397304
>Is there a decent figure of him at all?
Nope.
I want one too, Imperfect Cell is my favorite Dragon Ball design.
>>6397310
How awesome would it be to get a Figuarts of him with an alternate spread tail that can actually fit 17 and 18 partially inside it?
I'm sort of surprised they haven't done it, actually... lots of potential for awesome posing.

Who else here makes own toys with 3D printer?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZlwMs6D-ryc
For those who remember i posted a month ago on here, got banned... so here is the update, got me a 3d printer and getting ready to proffessionalize my action figures

Some of us in the /customs/ thread do this. One anon made an articulated King Dedede.
I'm working on a few 1/12 articulated animals at the moment. Pic related.
Nyx was released today, still waiting for in-hand pics before I pay for my pre-order.
>>6388902
Also box art revealed
>>6388902
Never bought a PAK, but I was pretty tempted by this simply because I felt for him once the movie was over.
>>6388902
No.
End the thread.
Hey /toy/
I was looking into using some cedarwood oil to deal with a pest problem i've been having recently, same room i keep my figures in.
I was wondering, do I need to worry about the smell like, seeping into or sticking to my figures? I'm not spraying it on them, but they'll be a few feet away from the areas i need to treat.
I remember doing some research that cigarette and marijuana smells can, I wasn't sure if it'd be the same case here.
Also might as well ask, should i be worried about scented candles as well? Or am I just being paranoid now?
Plastics are porous so it could easily happen. If it smokes, it's a no brainer. If it vaporizes, it's also probably gonna stink it up. I don't know the specifics about what you're using but if it smells then it's probably gonna stick to the toys in some degree, the question is will you notice it. Best to be safe.
why not just leave cedar wood chips around? would have a similar effect and might not transfer the smell. i think cedar wood smells pretty good anyway so if your toys do smell like it, it wouldn't be the worst smell in the world
>>6379688
Most places just specify the oil, i'll keep chips in mind but the oil seems cleaner to manage.
>>6379685
i didn't know that. The stuff i'm looking at is just concentrated oil you'd spray around a windowsill (and other areas), I can keep my stuff away when i spray it though, but apparently the smell itself is potent and lingers. It's not something you actively burn like a cig. Is there any way to remove smells that get stuck in plastics?
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes.
Anybody here happen to own this plush? Trying to find one to buy but no luck so far.
i think your plush has autism
This has some potential

>mfw I have no face for that face
sup /toy/. As the title says, I'm new to toy collecting. I've always had a few military guys & soldier action figures laying around, but I've been itching to collect something better. I saw the pictured figure and would love to dive right in. Which companies make the best for what I want? Where do I start? Sorry for the newfagy post, I'm just brand new to anything besides what I see at Target or Walmart

bigbadtoystore.com
That's where you need to go. Search Amazon for figures that are out of stock and avoid eBay until you're familiar with how to avoid bootlegs.
Determine the following
>Scale. Common scales are 1/6, 1/12, 1/18,
"minis"
>Price. High-end or general retail
>Origin. Japanese or Western companies. Their country of manufacture are all China/Vietnam/India though.
>Character/Franchise.
>>6397936
The picture you see is the Gurlukovich soldier from MGS2. He is from the brand of figure known as FIGMA and is in the 1/12 scale or more specifically is 6 inches. The Figma brand is Japanese and like most Japanese brands prides itself in articulation and so SHOULD be great for posing, however this figure is not so great for posing and is probably quite expensive now due to the fact that the stock of these figures is extremely small and so this figure will probably have its price risen.
What scale are you looking to collect? do you care about articulation?
Just bought a Rorschach from Gamestop made by Matty Collector for $25. It's alright. Nothing to write home about, bit overpriced at $25 but it's the first I've heard of them.
>>6395720
...RIP?
Didn't they shut down as of this year?
That toy is 4 years old and garbage
>>6395720
How the hell did you find a WatchMen figure at a gamestop? Mine atleast carries recent shit
ITT: they don't make them like they used to
Besides perhaps King Shark, BAFs fucking suck these days. Especially Marvel legends. The Toybiz ML and Mattel DCUC BAFs were amazing
>>6391413
>Mattel DCUC BAFs were amazing
No they were still pretty shitty
>>6391416
Nah....
For those unfamiliar, "Plamo" is a shortened form of "plastic model." If it's made of plastic, someone can probably help you here.

Frame Arms Group Build
This time the idea is to build any Frame Arms, or Frame Arms Girl kit, and paint and customize it.
The rules are overall pretty simple, the base must be recognizable as FA or FA Girl, other than that there's no limit on what you can do.
Due Date: September 1st
Note: This is a prize build, there will be a prize provided by me, there will also be a mystery prize provided by another anon. That means that to enter, I need WIP pictures submitted before the due date. Simply email me some pictures of you working on it, I don't care at what point, as long as it's possible to tell where your final product came from.
Prize Pack:
MSG Free Style Bazooka
MSG Impact Knuckle
MSG Beast Sword
MSG Assault Rifle #2
Miscellaneous supplies
I'm probably going to add more, but I'll let those be a secret.
Email: [email protected]
I'm also available via IRC and Steam.

More MG Hazel goodness, based off of the mk II 2,0 too so it actually has a nice frame.

Fuck me, I can't believe we're getting this. I JUST built the HG of this.
First thought that comes to mind.
>>6384721
Missing the child hood that was alright but I made mistakes I wish I could take back. After I did something I knew that hurt my family's feelings i hugged it thinking they would not forgive me. I'm sorry mom and dad and my brothers. I was an ass.
>>6384721
I had sex with a few of my sisters stuffed animals when I was just figuring out what a wiener did, but this dude was spared.
>>6384726
I was a greedy selfish cunt I wish I could take it all back. Maybe if I did my family would like me more.
>lost interest in toys for the most part
>haven't bought anything in a long time and no plans on buying anytime soon, haven't touched anything aside from dusting
>want to sell off some figures since they're being ignored and I could free up space
>but afraid that I might regret my choice later on, especially the rarer ones that I wouldn't be able to buy back without spending more
Anyone know this feel?
What's on your mind, anons?
>>6395598
You need to go Marie Kondo on that shit.
Unless you need the money, keep a hold of them and just put them in storage. I went through a phase where I was done with my toys and sold my 100~ figure GI Joe Collection. So much regret six months later.
>>6395598
>Anyone know this feel?
Since this topic pops up every other day, yes.
FFS why didn't you use the catalog?
Anyone looking forward to the third use of the scourge/highbrow toolings?
No, not mine before you ask
Old thread >>6392495
So I have a titans returns broadside, I bought it as soon as the legends version came up, as much as I hate stickers the overall color scheme is...sorta better, to my (shit) taste, thinking of painting up the run way and removing the stickers, I already have the supplies.
But question, the translucent sections, are they at any risk of breakage from just general transformation stand and pose usage?
I ask because I did the wing swap trick, had a moment of weakness and attempted to return him, snapped one of the wings off, I've repaired it but will the other clear parts be at risk, if so I might as well bin him and grab the legends version despite the price difference.
And yes, mine had loose thighs, pried him open, dumped some polish, much better now, apart from stickers
