Has anyone ever ordered from http://www.hype.tokyo/ before? I was wondering if they carry bootlegs, though their high prices make me assume they don't. Can anyone confirm?
Screw it, I'll give them a chance.

Nigga wut r u doin
MFC has threads on every note worthy shop carrying Japanese stuff and there are hundreds.
I got this Lugia figure a couple of years ago and... I pulled it apart a few months ago for a reason I honestly can't remember right now (I think it was to clean it?). Now though, I can't seem to put it back together properly. The pieces won't sit flush. Here's the thing: when I pulled the torso apart, there was some resistance as though the edges had a bit of adhesive between them. I'm kinda worried, did I wreck it? Should I go ahead and try gluing the torso back or am I doing something wrong?
If someone can at least identify the figure for me that would help as well. It came in a square box and I think it was Japanese. The box contained either a Lugia or a Ho-oh, it was one of these lottery(?) figures. Thanks in advance.
Doood go to mcdonalds before it's too late they have lugia in the happy meals

Lugia looks like he hasnt slept well lately

Good thing I refreshed the catalog. I was about to make a new thread myself. I have a question for those of you who have done faceups on Pullips and co. before. I got the Tinkerbell Dal from Tuesday Morning and I'm planning on putting her head on a Pure Neemo body and re-doing the faceup. I was just Googling Pullip faceup tutorials, and I saw one that said you can use eyeshadow because apparently it's just the same type of pigment that pastels use. Is this true? I'm kind of a makeup hoarder, so I have a lot of gorgeous eyeshadow colors, but at the same time, I'd like a second opinion on this.
>>5339791
No. Whoever said that is a dumbshit. It's not the same.
>>5339792
Thank you. I thought it might be too good to be true. I mean, if eyeshadows and pastels were the same shit, wouldn't we all be using eyeshadows for faceups?
Hey guys, so I wanna do a shoot of the duel in the snowy forest but none of the good quality Kylo Ren figures allow me to take off the mask.
I live in Japan and found a shit quality mask-less version at the disney store, but I was hoping the figuarts/hottoys version would allow for maskless
Theres a puramodel coming out in April. Should I wait for that?
>>5360285
I have no idea honestly, at the least hasbro will probably make one without the mask soon.
Id be interested in pictures of the maskless Kylo you found though. If the sculpt is any good, you might be able to headswap with another figure, maybe repaint it a bit.
>>5360333
He's talking about the elite series one
>>5360340
The only thing good about this figure is the saber. I would know cuz I own one.
Post best Revoltech Woody Pictures you have
Is it me, or have there been a lot of Woody threads lately? I mean I'm not complaining or anything.
>>5360572
Is this the rebirth of an epic old meme?
still had these saved
Why do digivices have to be so expensive? I can't find any for under $80. Is the $80 worth it or would I be able to find one for cheaper?
>>5359399
Which ones are you wanting? The D-3? You may aswell go for the 15th versions. Sure they may seem a little pricey but they've got a ton more content than the originals, plus they'd probably be a little cheaper than going for older ones.
Same for the D-2.
If you want ones like the Accelerator, Scanner, Arc, etc. You should check YJ auctions, or Rakuten. You can find L/R twins for 40 each. Still 80 total but that's technically two.
IDK but i had that white and blue one that I bought for 30 dollars a really long time ago. was i ripped off?
>>5359444
I guess it depends on the condition and if it's real or not. Don't think 30 is too bad if it looks alright and works.
Should I take this out of the box and pose it as I please or could it be worth something one day? I just got it at Walmart for like 10 bucks so it wasn't too pricey to begin with
*hand is for size comparison
>>5358989
i suggest using as a dildo
dont take it out of the box for that though
>>5358986
Don't take it out of the box!!!!
Someday an asteroid will hit our planet, obliterating most of civilization. As society crumbles, feudalism and slavery will return. Men will be forced to fight each other in the slave pits for the enjoyment of the feudal warlords.
But one of them is a star wars fan.
You can bargain for your freedom with this MISB first order stormtrooper when the time comes!
>>5358986
Just do what you want with it. I don't mean to shit in your socks but it's not ever going to be worth much more than what you paid for it. If you want to play with it a bit then take it out, otherwise shove it in the back of your closet where it will collect dust and take up space forever.
The weirdest fucking shit just happened
Straight up
I had a nice toys r us run.
As you can see pictured. There were like 10 of these.

Time to go buy all of the rest and scalp them. Thanks for the info!
Found this Hyrulian map on the floor of a family restaurant. Printed cloth on gray rubber. What toy does this come from?
>>5358866
Probably it's from something related to Zelda.
That's my first guess.
>>5358866
Reverse image search landed me this
http://www.amazon.com/The-Legend-Zelda-Collectors-Puzzle/dp/B00L9OPJIO
>>5358873
I found that too. This fits in my palm. Maybe an accessorry from a figure? I don't have any idea, I don't collect Zelda toys.
Hey /toy/ I got this today from my wife's father. It belonged to her great grandfather and has never been used. Do you guys know if it's worth anything? Model fp-2e. Made in 1977. Has the servos and the remote.
>>5358486
About $2.
>>5358495
Really? I'm gonna take it to my local hobby shop tomorrow and see what they say. It cost $139.95 new back in 77
>>5358497
They put it on sale to try sell it, that means it probably didn't retain any value at all.
whats the best way to fix the hood?
>>5357997
Dont buy one.
>>5357997
Take it off.
It looks a lot better without it, and still screen accurate for some scenes.
>>5357997
Tiny bit of glue on each shoulder.
When are we getting the S.H.Figuarts Finn? I'm too poor for the Hot Toys
TRAITOR
>>5356914
Just make payments on the Finn, faggot. He doesn't even come out for another 8 months so just start saving
A Finn figuarts would be so great, if only Bandai would get over their aversion of black characters.
What was the best gift you got on Christmas?
I was convinced I wouldn't get it cause my mom told me that they where sold out everywhere and they may not be able to find one. It was so awesome when I did get it that Christmas.
Oh man, I can't even pick a single one. My dad always pampered me:
-Gigantic slot car track with a silver porsche and red lambo, it had a track section that would trigger a short to the track after x amount of laps and stop cars as soon as the race was over. Was also themed with seats and peeps, it was amazing.
-A giant 3D Puzzle of a Biplane, I remember it was about 1 yard long and 1 /12 yards of wingspan.
- 5 20th Century Toys G.I Joes, the realistic ones, not the toy ones, Including a WWII Harley exactly like Pic Related, also included the figure.
-About 20 ERTL Thomas the Tank Engine diecast models.
I don't know, I got a lot of shit, it was fucking awesome, I miss my dad.
My parents wouldn't buy me shit so it was always special when I got the cool expensive for Christmas.
Image limit reached on last thread. Just in time for the holidays!
