5 days left, someone makes a bid. How are people this stupid? If you don't snipe your ebay bid, you're just making it more expensive for everyone including yourself. It should be common knowledge by now
>>5714721
Some study came out early this year or late last year that most Americans (and therefore a huge chunk of eBay's user base) aren't literate in the internet beyond ebay and amazon.
Therefore most people won't be 'savvy' enough to not fuck up their auctions.
I am by no means a power seller, I usually throw up 500-1000 a month on ebay and take 500-700 after expenses, so I have some experience with it as well. It appears that when it comes to 'popular' items that people just bid early and often because they don't understand how the bidding system works, or are so new they haven't had anything they wanted sniped from them yet. I
I've all but quit eBay. A friend and I share an Amazon Prime account and never looked back.
>>5714737
Yeah, same. Nothing beats Prime.
But I'll still use Ebay for tradings cards and toys for super cheap.

Any of you fine gentlemen have one of these? I was considering buying one over the weekend.

Maybe you should try to build or bootleg it yourself
Does anyone have instructions for this model? The guy I bought it from had lost the instructions
>>5731482
Dalong, maybe?
>>5731482
Funfact: Posting more information about what it is could actually help.
I personally have never seen that model before, but I know like 3 sites that archive instructions.
As it is right now, I can't help you.

Thanks, I should have provided more info.
This is a garage kit distributed by F-face at the 2005 WF. The character is a HUcast from the game Phantasy Star Online.

I've been seein a lot PAK figures on eBay for waaaayyy below what square charges so obviously these are either bootlegs or stolen from the factory. I've seen fantastic prices on cloud, spidey, venom and cap. My question is, does anybody have any experience with these? Even if they're shit, he price compared to the retail makes it seem almost worth it. Share some stories and pictures with me anons.
>>5730766
PAKs are bootleg quality to begin with, I can't imagine actual bootlegs being any worse. Besides, if you're casual enough to buy PAK, chances are you wouldn't know a bootleg if you saw one.

You literally post this in every thread.

I actually wanted to collect this series. They look cool for diorama and shit.

why?

their horribly implemented articulation makes them creepy as hell
What does /toy/ think of the Red Hood?
I love mine
I thought he was pretty interesting in BTBATB but that show made ALOT of nobodies interesting. I think between that and JL/JLU, Mattel squandered an incredibly opportunity to push more non-Batman figures.
>>5727991
I have 7 of those guys,
They cant pose for shit but having a group of 7 gang members all standing the same (all with different weapons from other sets) and having the one guy in the middle standing like pic related.
Its all good
Maybe it's gonna be a onpopulair opinion;
But i like the DBZ Hybrid line better then the current DBZ figuarts line.
Sure the figures are small as fuck and if you even look at them funny parts will fall off. But for its size it has great articulation, and they even look great model and paint wise.
My very first figures that i ever bought were the first Goku and Piccolo figuarts. And i was kinda disappointed when i got them. The bodies are alright but the faces? I find something odd about the faces, i cant put my finger in it. After a while i sold them both. But it sucked not having some good DBZ figures to look at.
Last week i was browsing some second hand sites, and there was a offer on Ebay. All the DBZ and DBGT hybrid figures for 300 euro shipped. I had never seen a hybrid figure in real life, but on photo's they look kinda good. I took my change and bought them all. The seller even threw in some extra figures that where broken, so i total it was 27 figures for 300 euro. I don't know if that was a lot of money, but 300/27=11,11 euro (12 dollars) per figure.
And boy am i glad i took the gamble, these figures look great! Don't mind the poses because i never owned figures beside the two figuarts onces.
Anyone else thinks these look way better then the current figuarts?
> Self thread (ideas)
> Pose thread (ideas)
The Dragon ball Figuarts line has this weird cult mentality around it for whatever reason. I think a lot of the collectors of those only collect that line and very little else so they aren't exposed to other toys.
Like a few years ago here people had a thread about the MG Figurerise Goku model kit, and some guy just hijacked it and said that it was pointless now that Figuarts exists, and just used the thread to post pics of his Figuarts Goku. And of course you have people spending hundreds on older, out of print figures even though similar versions might exist(PC Vegeta and Trunks, and now the new mld Vegeta) because they must have the original version, or in some cases the exclusive version(Namek Goku)
Whether they be Golden Age, grungy 80's, mechs, mechanical kaiju, or what have you...as long as their visually robots...what are the best?

Guys, I need help.
I've been driving myself crazy trying to make a MOC that looks and feels like classic Bionicle, but no matter what I do I always end up scrapping whatever ideas I have. This time, I've made a head that I really want to use but I have no idea what kind of animal my MOC should be based off of.
What I'm asking is: What kind of rahi should I make with pic related? I want it to incorporate gears, treads, and possibly a snapping function if possible, but I have no clear goal in mind and I'm afraid I'll never build anything worthwhile. I'm just so tired of getting inspiration, then slowly losing it as I build because I can't think of any more ideas.

Claiming to be the Hot Toys of the 1/12 scale. Shotgun, Shades and Igor turned out alright. Play Imaginative, now Comicave.
They're aiming for redemption. Will they succeed?
>>5731934
I'm too poor for these so it's figuarts for me
I bought their 1/6 Batman and it was a whoooole lot of money for what pretty much amounted to total fucking garbage. So I hope they've gotten their shit together, but I'm not gonna be the one to take the chance and find out anymore lol.
