so i recently got into table top gaming and picked up pandemic legacy season 1 and zombicide since they were on sale. pandemic i pretty fun, but im really enjoying zombicide and saw there are a bunch of extras to get and was wondering if there are worthwhile additions aside from the actual seasons and expansions. are any of the ultimate survivors or vip packs and such worth getting? is black plague better than modern setting zombicide? i figure i can kill time waiting for kingdom death monster to ship and learn how to play more in depth table top games.
also post favorite survivors i guess? out of season 1 id say amy, since she will also have a promo in kingdom death, and phil, its nice to start with a weapon.

I like Black Plague more but it's because I like fantasy more than modern settings. And the ranged weapons rules are better.

Me too. Didn't get into Green Horde by the way, it is too hard to find people to play with.

BP's ranged is infinitely better but it's basically just an errata to the dumb Zombicide original system, so easy to carry over.
