I think what people miss about the Primaris Space Marines are that they're not an improvement on the Astartes, they're a return to form. Contemporary Astartes are much weaker than their ancestral counterparts, as all the geneseeds have broken down and shit.Hope that makes the fluff more acceptable.

Working on this Nob for a squad of shoota boyz, making his shoota extra flash so it's a kustom shoota.
I also decided to give him a different hand, and make his gun the choppa. I kinda want it to look like he's signalling the boyz to frag em.
Unfortunately, the inside of that hand is entirely flat, so I want to put something inside. Ideas? I was thinking maybe a space marine helmet or an ork skull.

God damn guys I really fucked up. I primed half my army in Army Painter Bone spray primer and then realized it wasn't what I wanted to do because of my severe Autism for painting and the shit won't come off at all. I've tried simple green and super clean and let them soak for well over 72 hours and I still can't get most of it off. I'm thinking about buying an ultrasonic cleanser and letting them sit in that but if that doesn't work I think I'm just gonna sell them on ebay, lose money on them, and start with new models.
TLDR I primed my guys wrong and it won't come off, should I keep trying to get the shit off or sell them and start over?

I think it's most interesting when it's not presented in obvious ways, but subtle, somewhat uncomfortable situations throughout. Having certain NPCs be more dismissive of one player over the other for their race, or saying casual derogatory terms when they think they're in good company. Having people directly screaming out "FUCKING ELVES GET OUT" seems forced.

Anyone else know this feel? It's this mix of disillusionment and autistic dissatisfaction. When I ran games for my family they played normal races and classes and even though they used splat book shit it wasn't broken at all. 5th ed is so much more stable and balanced but it also bores the hell out of me. That said i like not having to read a bunch of shit for every new shit class they want to play in pathfinder. I guess i just can't win....

I played it for two years. With the pathfinder group. Thry started out playing 4e , i introduced them to 3.5 and they liked it so we switched whih literally destroyed the campaign. 4e was well made but it felt too different from d&d to give me my d&d fix. I didn't like 4e but once I understood what it tried to be I couldn't hate it. Thanks for The suggestion though.

It's hard to balance number-based removal with either making it pitifully weak or making creatures with toughness less than X unplayable.
Until recently, Wizards were unwilling to explore aspects of red outside of goblins, dragons, fire/lightning and anger due to 'not fitting the theme of a battle.'
R&D is currently of the opinion that every game should last at least five turns without a decisive winner, making aggro - the strategy that red is built around - completely worthless.
Its creatures are designed around being fast but ultimately inefficient, meaning that the colors designed to have more efficient creatures (white, green and sometimes black) are ultimately better than red creatures.
So the result is a color with worse creatures with white and green, a color with worse removal than white and black and a color with worse card draw than blue, green and black that is built around a strategy that the game designers consider problematic, while possessing a very boring flavor.

A while back we attempted to create a 3 set block based around the idea of 4chan becoming a plane in Magic the Gathering. The blocks are seperated as a timeline based off of early 4chan to present, and famous 4chan users as legendary crestures or planeswalkers.
Here are the base mechanics we decided to keep:
>Bait
>You may pay this creature's bait cost to change the target of a spell or ability that targets a creature to this creature.
>Meme
>Target ___ or a spell on the stack. That card and copies of it become Y.
>Spoiler
>You may play this card face down for (2), as a 2/2 vanilla creature. When it blocks or becomes blocked, or becomes the target of a spell or ability your opponents control, turn it

Knightpunk.
A bizzare setting where being a Knight is like being a cartoon Luchadore. You are more than a mortal. You're either a superhero or a supervillain.
Every knight has a theme and a helmet that become his entire being. He never takes his helmet off, no matter what. The moment he does, It's over. He stops being a knight forever.
There is a knight academy and shit. There are knight powers, related to the knight's theme.
And there's the Mask Knight. An evil, evil Knight with his helmet looking like a venecian mask. He is able to put a replica helmet of other knights and assume their identity.
And every time we are close to catching that motherfucker, he dramatically throws his fake helmet away and we are somehow obligated to shout "MASK KNIGHT! RAAAH!" every single goddamn time.

I have a copy of Big Apple Wasteland, but I'm not sure if it's the original or the "fixed" version. Should I try 'updating' it and adding in the things from F4 that are worth adding? Does anyone have any documents of doing that themselves?

Anyways in terms of Fallout pen and paper i was thinking of gamemastering one in the Mohave or somewhere close to it
Courier would have done the House ending and the players would have to play around New Vegas and out of Vegas Factions, namely Raiders and Legion coming in from out of the Region, displaced Kings and a lot of the towns in the game
Maybe i'll draw up my own region with the Courier and co. influencing it from the outside, but im not sure yet.
Making a world that lasts more than one campaign is a lotta work after all
