Working on some objective markers with some extra bits I had and some I got from my friend.

So I just did a test of striping a few models with Dettol, it worked quite well, but they are still sticky after rinsing with water. How do I end the stickyness? Kitchen roll?

Yes and no.
In older fluff Magic and psychic powers were different and Nikaea specifically banned sorcery. This was fairly reasonable.

But that was a long time ago and now psychic powers and magic are the same thing. And now it is a mistake as seen by the fact that pretty much everyone straight up ignores it.

1. get disassembled like a computer
2. all the pieces of you get cut up really nicely, especially your brain
3. they all get scanned by the futuristic biological information super scanner
4. they send the scans to planet B over space internet
5. planet B downloads the scans, prints out pieces that are equal to yours
6. they assemble a new you

Gentlemen, how do we balance guns to melee? It's silly that a casual hunter usually has the same dice pool to hit as a master swordsman in cofd thanks to defense. And damage is no higher for melee to even compensate for this risk. A change is needed in some form in order to have more diverse builds for Hunters

I am planning on running a Vampire 20 the Dark ages game set in Rome during 1080 for years before the sack of Rome by the Normans.

Planning on letting the PC's set up their power base for the first 4 years in game, then have them have to deal with the sack and try and maintain their domains in its aftermath.

This would be my first Wod campaign o what advice might you have?
Would this work well?

Care to elaborate on that? I know literally nothing about 2d20, except that I quickly glanced at the Conan quickstart they're offering. Apparently you're trying to roll target numbers with multiple dice?

... although yeah, just thinking about it I'm quickly beginning to see how the system might not be good. How many successes do you usually need? 2d20 isn't exactly a lot to roll for something like that.

I'd be more concerned as to the reasons behind the suicide, as those are either a sign of something seriously wrong with the way the campaign is going, or the player themselves.

The only time I've ever had a character commit suicide was when the DM did something so outrageously stupid and edgy without a clear hook that my character simply couldn't deal with it. For example, raping and mindbreaking a character's wife and slaughtering his children.

PS, "revenge" is a shitty thing to live for and an even shittier motivation to adventure.

One of my players ran into his ex-headmaster, upon which the quite insane headmaster began to barrage the said player with questions as to why he wasn't on the field of battle at that moment.

He then literally said "Whatcha gonna do about it." and rolled the nat 20 to intimidate

The headmaster collapsed into the foetal position and cried

Here's a NAT 20 and NAT 1 tale in one.

I was running a mecha campaign. One of the PCs had ended up fighting his mentor, the man who had raised him and trained him but lost his way in service of evil.

The mentor was wounded, he had been shot before the fight. His mech was on the ropes. But he insisted he still had life enough to duel his "wayward pupil" and see who was right.

The other PCs hung back to watch. Even dying, even with his mech battered and beaten, the mentor fought his pupil to a standstill.

He had one last move. One last weapon. He gave a speech.

As GM, I rolled his attack. A crit, that would have put the PC out of the fight. The PC burned his last power use to force me to reroll, describing how he remembered his master using this move as they sparred, and how he was trying to block it.

I rerolled into a 1. Total miss. The villain's final attack, the culmination of his life's training, had failed. The pupil had surpassed the master.

The villain surrendered, laid down his weapons and used his last breaths to congratulate his finest student for a good fight before dying.

The party gave him an honourable funeral, and visited his family to return his sword and dogtags. They told all who asked that he had died with honour and as a soldier. It was a perfect thematic end to a player's plot arc built up across a whole campaign.

Mine's kinda eh, but whatever.

Our party is at a tavern when the rival party that we had encountered a few times over the course of the campaign showed up. This party consisted of 2 PCs and an NPC that was their leader. The NPC's younger brother was the leader of our party, so him and a PC go start shit with him while the other PC comes over to start shit with the rest of us.After some back and forth, the PC calls my character's father a deadbeat drunkard.

Some background on my character. Female bard who's father taught her to play the didgeridoo before getting drunk one night, leaving, and never coming back, so this really hits home for my character.

"I punch him in the face."

"You realise that's a called shot, right?"

"Don't care."

NAT 20, don't even react as I break his nose and do something like 6-10 damage.

Wasn't anything special, but felt good in the moment.

Well, a couple of Eldar worked with a living Saint and helped revive Guilliman, so there's that.

Otherwise, a lot of xenos animals get sanctioned for human use as beasts of burden, warhounds, or livestock. Though they just as often transplant more wholesome Terran species around for use, even genetically engineering some for best results.
