Well if you follow tuker's kobolds style, make some tunnels too small for normal races to use and let kobolds use those to attack. Just a small fluff suggestion

Also each type of foe could have different style dungeone of course (Simple caves for kobolds, cripts for undead, good old fashion sewer contected to ancient city)
But I assume you knew about that...

A few I got had those, including one that was known for a "World Shatter Hit", which did exactly what says on the tin. It managed once to send a gigantic creature into space, and one-shot the Tarrasque.
Current one, if we can call it such, has pixie dust in her pockets. Which isn't actually pixie dust. And not even normal pocket sand: she's using red peppers spice dust.

Planescape I like better as something that has way more content written for it, but I like spelljammer's silly theme. Technically they're already combined. I doubt spelljammer will ever return and Planescape was fucked by the faction war and switch to the awful new cosmology so I wouldn't want it to return as it now stands.
