This game definitely needs a real third (fourth) edition. Excited that Cubicle 7 is leading the project.

I once played a wizard who, due to bad luck and a THAT GUY, wound up getting basically no loot except some scrolls. At one point we wound up comparing the total GP of our stuff:

>THAT GUY Sorcerer 130,000

>Wizard 32,000

The DM rectified this by giving me the resources to create a powerful custom staff worth 75,000. Then the DM allowed THAT GUY to destroy next session.

Will Smith teams up with a diversity action hire (an orc) for the police force, encounter a wild elf using a magic wand (which is likened to a nuclear device that can warp reality) and at one point beats the shit out of a fairy with a broom claiming that 'Fariy lives matter' is bullshit.

To be honest, I don't expect much out of it, but it might surpass Super Mario Bros as the best Shadowrun movie out there.

Eh, I dunno.

It looks about as subtle as a jackhammer with the diversity crap at the beginning, but the rest of the trailer makes it look like it might turn out as a decent buddy cop movie in Wonderland, Chicago.

I guess I'll keep my eye on it but my hopes aren't that high.

Looks like it could fail hard, but I'm sure I'll still be subbed to Netflix in December so I'll probably still watch it.
