Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.

Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.

Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)

During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.

If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).

If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.

If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution

You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You are an average fighter for now, but have the potential of one of the greatest warrior races to roam the universe flowing through your veins. There is no limit to what you can accomplish through blood, sweat, and tears.

Ok boys heres the deal.
I hate Rugala, You guys hate Rugala, and Rugala hates us. That being said we cant kill her, it will not only go against our "Saiyan Unity" stance,but im sure if we beat her while shes stronger than we are we'll definitely gain her loyalty, and who knows how power shell be the third time we smack her shit in.
Please guys trust me on this. Im not some waifufag im thinking about the long game. So when the next fight happens no matter what we need to fight and fight hard, and then spar her. Its all for the best.

Actually it's huge error in judgment to keep her alive, and we should challenge and kill her as soon as she's out of the healing tank.

To get a little discussion going, I have a question about kitbashing. I've decided I'm going to use the primitive griffin (picrelated) as the base of my Swordsman kitbash. The torso, legs, and LRM pod all work basically perfectly. However, I'm running into issues with the arms and torso cannon. I think the Helepolis arm would work, but I don't know if I can reverse the arm effectively.

Is there a better arm for this? Additionally, what's a good choice for the shoulder barrel?

Why SHOULD witches be divine casters? They get their powers from an outsider... that's different than a god, right? Their powers also aren't really a matter of faith (unless their patron deems it necessary).

The one is a treasure trove of materials; games, minis, books, etc. No space to play, and owned/operated by a 60 year old dude who would rather sit around their one table, play the world's most drawn-out game of MtG, and ignore customers. The other is run by young guys in their 20s and early 30s (unsure if they are the owners or who is) who do the same thing, essentially. Or if they aren't ignoring you, they are pushing product on you that you weren't even looking at. When you go to check out, they ring you up fast, and god forbid you ask them a question about a product or game; you're taking away their precious Magic time!

The store where I go to play magic is a little small, can get cramped when Modern, standard, Legacy, and Draft all fire.

I've been trying to get back into the game and I haven't played competitively since 5th (although I know the 7th ruleset). Getting into tau with the codex updates, and I'm having trouble finding resources, where would be the best place for competitive lists atm?

Also what is the standard procedure for deployment/objectives? I haven't played non-apoc since 5th where it was D3 for deployment/objective and I could see players minimizing the huge list of objectives. Want to be prepared if I walk in to my local shop for a pick up game.

All of it. My campaign's plot generally has some metaplot stuff I've written up, but a lot of it will be tied to the party and who the characters are. It's a lot more fun that way. Sometimes the story arc will retroactively become about them after they've written their backstories because it fits better.

Reminder to shut the fuck up about your anime and find an alternative platform to discuss it if you want to keep recommending shit to Gareth.
