Welcome to The Lost Island Quest. Last thread our hero, Alan Rodain, boarded a ship headed towards a strange new land with the intent to save his country from war. After meeting the colorful characters that make up his compatriots, he pushed his ability to learn skills quickly to the limit by aiding the sailors in guiding The Skipping Stone through a deadly storm that claimed the lives of three men before it subsided. I thought the point was that each of the stories was just using thematic elements from the other. There isn't a continued narrative or anything.

Het fa/tg/uys, I've been playing D&D and other RPGs for years, but I've never played a drow before.
I'm having trouble coming up for a backstory for a NG dark elf druid that isn't cliched. This is in a homebrew setting, so there's room for quite a bit of artistic license in terms of drow origins.
Any ideas you've got would help a bunch.

For such an opulent mansion it's pretty far out into the sticks. The only road leading into the mountain was an old access road from the days when this part of the mountain used to belong to the owner of a long since abandoned lumber yard.
The exterior of the house is decrepit, but it is clear to you that it must once have been a thing of great majesty. Even now, with its ornaments all but gone and the once bright colours cracked and faded, the sheer size of the house fills you with wonder. The front entrance doors alone, two monolithic pieces of wood, dwarf you utterly.
You’re nervous. Your flashlight still has plenty of power though, and you’ve already travelled a long way to reach this point.
Do you:
a) Approach the front doors to enter.
b) Work your way around the perimeter of the house to explore the exterior further.
c) Change your mind and go back the way you came.

Since there was a Fallout Robot Civ a few days ago I figured why not try the same with the biggest and the strongest of the Fallout Universe, The Super Mutants. Mild for Fallout 4 regarding the origins of the Commonwealth Super Mutants but don't worry it doesn't impact the main plot of the game.
Anyway, the five of you, another batch of super mutants created by The Institute, an advanced secret society, and among their many experiments has been trying to replicate the FEV viral compound that created the original super mutants. You are all just another batch of failed experiments dumped on the outskirts of the commonwealth wasteland. The five of your are all equally the same in terms of power, though one of you is remarkably more intelligent then the rest though that isn't saying much. Still capable of building traps and basic structures though.
Between the five of you, besides your basic garments, have a total of:
>3 pipe rifles
>1 mini-nuke but no launcher
>3 frag grenades
>1 sledge hammer
>1 small barrel of FEV that was dumped with you.
Wither the barrel was left behind accidentally you can't be sure but you know you could use it to increase your numbers, or perhaps mutate some dogs, but it won't last more then a few dips unless you find a way to grow it.
You find yourselves waking up between a few locations of interest. Which should be our first base of operations?

I was invited to a gaming bar in London, called "the Loading Bar" and it was full of geeks and board games and videogames and puns.
Rules were, you buy a drink (£8 each which is about 1.5 normal drink price),you grab either one of the board games they had stocked (a whole bookcase full) or grabbed something from the video games library, and play on a table until closing time. It was full of MTG and catan and some RPGs and fighting games and again, £8 per head.
Great place if you were OK with the puns. €37 is a complete and utter rip off.

Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.
Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.
Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)
During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.
If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).
If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.
If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution
You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You are an average fighter for now, but have the potential of one of the greatest warrior races to roam the universe flowing through your veins. There is no limit to what you can accomplish through blood, sweat, and tears.

So I got a question.
Chaos is all about shoving random mutations into their followers that prove themselves until they eventually either devolve into Chaos Spawn or ascend as a Daemon Prince, right?
Then why is it that some of their greatest champions, the named characters of the book, never have any mutations? Even the named characters who do have mutations often only have one or two, rather than the dozens that you traditional Chaos Lord or Sorc is often shown to have.

The game system is pretty light but it have many abilities with least 3 tier level. The GM don't need to roll the dices because player make both rolls for attacks and defenses.
The setting itself take place in new kingdom after the war with black mages. The old kingdom beome corrupted with evil magic and the earth become unusable for farming.
You can play as one of the four races, human, changeling (elf that raised up in human society), ogre and goblin. You can choose one of the three classes, warrior, mage and thief.
Magic should handle with care because you can become corrupted and worst case you will transform into horrifying monster.
