Small suns do not die quick. Many, many generations later and you have a planet of pale people.

If it got into a Norn Queen and by extension the entire bioship it would have the potential to escalate indefinitely. Just like the Tyranids themselves have the ability to spread indefinitely.

It helps if the corrupt bioship is isolated from the rest of the hive-fleet because if the rest of the fleet detected something like that happening they would annihilate it.

The Tyrannid ability to mutate at will would be the greatest advantage to Chaos-Nids.

What if the whole ship got a latent taint. Something like a suggestion planted into the collective psyche, just like any reasoning or observation made by an expeditory hive fleet, and then it would just go past undetected into the bigger Hive Fleet rendering it practically insane.

When Shadowrun was translated for the Japanese audience, they took a few liberties with the presentation of Japan. Namely, they didn't make Japan appear nearly as racist and xenophobic as they do in the original material. Naturally, there's more of a focus on Japanese hotspots, but the main change was basically making the country more inclusive to the various races.

It's more MMO than D&D.
If you want D&D, then you should be watching Record of Lodoss War or Slayers.

That said, some things that are explained in the Light Novels are not explained in the anime; most importantly that the MC's build is an RP-build going for a specific theme. While he has a lot of theoretical knowledge on playstyles, and he took part in guild raids, his build is not optimized for either PVE or PVP, so he can actually be said to be one of the weakest members of the guild. This is one of the fears that he has, that a rebellion by the NPC's would actually succeed against him, if they realized that he's actually weaker than the NPC's optimized to fight against entire other guilds of players.

Well, except for the entire spell system which is lifted from 3.5 with very few changes. The leveling system has a loose 3.5 feel.

I also lime to joke that the MMO anime are just ripoffs of the Dungeons and Dragons cartoons anyway.

This, but if I recall he said he was fairly high in PVP rank in spite of his poor PVP build because he would concentrate on observing his opponent in the first match of three and then formulate a counter strategy based on for the last two matches. Not that that strategy works when you can die for real, but meh.

MC is also rather poor at being a BBEG and mostly just follows Albedo/Demiurge's plans and then pretend that he was already planning on doing what they suggested. For that reason, and not having a penis around a hot succubus waifu I feel pretty bad for MC.

Also, having been in a lot of collapsed guilds I feel MC's feels about his guildies.

Presumably it's limited to only beings with a soul in this fantasy universe, but otherwise your entire planet should be blotted out by the sheer mass of septillions of microorganisms that suddenly spring into being.

What features might an artifact greatbow designed for the ultimate sniper have? I was thinking a spike on one end to stab into the ground for better stability and also so it can be used as a spear in close range. Anything else?

It's a cyberpunk setting with the standard tropes of mercs-for-hire, hackers, androids, megacorporations, etc.

It has medium crunch, lots of character options and comes with a pretty decent cyberpunk world in which the US broke up into statelets and China is very powerful but at war with Russia.
