Sup /tg/, odd request. A friend has this tattoo in Tolkien elvish on her neck, and made the bet that the rest of us would never figure out what it says, claiming it took her hours of study to translate the phrase from English. Its op of last thread again and im back from the game. It didnt go bad but i certainly saw a few more red flags in everybody. Except john hes confirmed bro.

Other than i guess using wrestling moves when they aren't necessary he RPed well enough and was a cool guy to everybody else. Took his smoking outside and gave the kid of the group a ride home.

She seems to be trying to shoehorn herself into party leader roll but most of her orders are ignored. She also has a problem of trying to start or get into conversations with NPCs that don't concern her. However shes not bad at RP but could use work and so far is taking care of the wolf good enough and isn't doing anything that screams "i need to be the center of attention much".

Earlier i said healslut as a joke turns out i was pretty on the ball. RP is so far one of the best of the group he can switch from OOC to IC shy awkward healer girl easily and i could genuinely take her attitude towards others as how the religion taught her to her best understanding. At the same time however hes going the whole nine yards with "I'm sorry if my heals aren't good enough" and "I blush at the praise" as a few quotes. Seems to forget about healing during downtime but keeps everybody alive in combat at least.

Ok so edgy was right when i explained him. The first tavern he literally went to the corner table and looked over all the other patrons and ignored every npc who tried to talk to him. He isn't to bad and so far hasn't tried to fudge rolls or do illegal things but we did have a slight argument over how he ate or drank without removing his mask that as he explains is just a flat white mask with two eye holes in it. Honestly expected worst but other than that and one edgy kill he wasn't to bad.

If anybody wants the story of whats happened ingame just ask but for now what other red flags do you look for in players.

Hey, /tg/, let's make up some magical items.

Cursed, blessed, mundane or completely broken, it doesn't matter as long as they're interesting.

I'll start it off.

Wailing Bow:
Accursed, sentient weapons formed from a bizzare organic substance of unknown composition. It can come in a variety of forms, from longbow to recurve. Other than its strange appearance, their is no noticeable difference between drawing it and a mundane wooden bow of the same design.

However, the difference becomes apparent when an arrow is successfully launched from the bow. Rather than the expected mute sound usually accompanying an arrow shot, the bow instead releases an ear-piercing wail like the demented howl of a beast. While this seems like a pure malus in terms of stealth, this scream imbues a horrifying effect upon shot arrows known as 'Destruction Resonance'. Any arrow shot from a wailing bow has the ability to resonate on the frequency that allows it to either disintegrate or completely pierce whatever physical or magical barrier impedes it. Expectedly, this has a devastating effect on living beings, turning organs to slosh and sundering bone like wet clay.

Another strange effect of these bows are their ability to imprint on a wielder. Once used by a wielder for a significant amount of time, they will often develop bizzare behavioral quirks such as screaming when they perceive the wielder to be in danger, or outright refusing (viaintense wailing) to be wielded by anyone but their imprinted wielder, even if that wielder is dead.

Their terrible destructive potential combined with often obsessively loyal and clingy personalities have made wailing bows one of the most feared weapons in the land, for both their wielders and victims.

You open the door to your basement and see Marissa waiting for you. A backpack sits on the couch.
"Is that everything?" You ask.
"Yep, everything you wanted."
You go to the backpack and sit the chicken down on the floor. Opening the backpack, you find a mason jar filled with oil. Opening it, you smell that it's the Abramelin oil. You remove the bone of the lamb's foot from your bag and put it into the jar to soak in the oil.
Then you take the ritual dagger, still stained with the blood of the centaur, and carve the sigil of Asmoday into the metal bowl.
The lamb's bone still has to soak for a few more hours. What do you want to do?

Francis steps out from behind his desk and walks towards the door.

"So what is it?" Safi asks.
"It's probably better to show you" He says.

You eye him suspiciously. "Is it something that can be brought up here?" You ask.
"Unfortunately, no" He says. "It isn't really an object..."

You look lover to Safi to see if she knows what it might be, but you can both see and feel her confusion.

"Something in the mansion that I haven't seen..." Safi says. "Does it have anything to do with why Harvey used to disappear every day?"
"What?" You ask.
"Same time every day, he would disappear" Safi says. "I'd tried to figure out where he used to go, but..."

"You are right, Safi. This is something that was close to the late master's heart. Now that he is gone, it is another affair that must be set in order..." Francis says. "Are you coming, or not?"

You look around at the group to gauge their reactions. Abigail looks like she's curious, and you can feel Safi's curiousity. Tasha shrugs when you make eye contact, and Zee looks pretty cool about this whole thing... then again she doesn't tend to show much on her face...
