There was a faint flash of light as the Eyegore finally completes its journey, arriving in a distant system. The Armatocere had informed you of a system where evidence of the power and anger of the Masked could be seen. Your Eyegore did not even have to deploy it's sensors to detect the devastation arrayed before it.
Appearing "above" the systems plain they look down on a small bright white star, it's brilliant light washing over the crumbling remains of the planets that once circled the star. Great fields of asteroids spiraled around the sun, great continent sized chunks burning bright as they were slowly drawn to and consumed by the energetic star, it's gravity much stronger than you expect of a star.
Necrotic energy roils like a storm throughout the system, whole asteroid crumbling to dust before the scouts collective eyes, sickly green lightning crackling between drifting boulders. The Eyegore deploys it's satellite drones and waits as it drinks in the data from the system. The Reconstructed could not hear it but you could feel it as you looked through the Eyegore.
The screams of trillions, of countless lives echoing in the void and drowning everything else out. Yet, they had a source. The glorious ball of cosmic flame and energy radiates with the lifeforce of every single living being that had once populated this system.
You wonder just what these unfortunate souls had done to earn such a ghastly torment. The Mask weighs heavy in your hand, the dark patterns of the carved wood shifting unnaturally.

System building efforts are usually a mess. I'm not that against it, but I certainly would prefer it if it remained system agnostic for now. Usually this means you'd need a more generic system like FATE and GURPS since no other system would find it very easy to run this custom setting.

In Tabletop, you can only launch a Lightning Raid (Teleport Attack) against a shieldless ship smaller than your own, or at least with fewer hitpoints than you have. It's a really easy restriction to miss, but it's critical for balancing H&R raids.
You have to buy assault boats or boarding torpedoes to launch them otherwise.
Regular boarding attacks have more restrictions (including >completely< disabling your weapons while they're ongoing), and require you to be within about half the range of a teleporter attack.

PaK40s aren't big AT guns. PaK43s, 17pdrs and 100mm BS-3s are big AT guns.
But they all seem moderately popular around here. Some prefer their AT mobile (so Marders, Hornisse, M10s, SU-100s), but they're still quite common in infantry armies.

Mars is the new "home base" of the human species; it has the largest population centres and the highest population overall. It's also the main theatre of operations for the Planetary Consortium, the largest and wealthiest of the political entities in the system.
Mars was colonised before the Fall, though not massively, and partially terraformed. (You can almost grow trees around the equator now). This made it one of the more popular refugee destinations for the mass of transhumanity escaping the destruction of Earth. Now most of anybody who is anybody is on Mars.
Mars is very culturally divided between the cities and the outback. Mars has a number of highly cosmopolitan, very wealthy cities with the outback being populated primarily by "rednecks".

Which is a damn shame, cos a lot of systems completely miss the opportunity to have MASSIVE FUCKING SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH BOWS.

Let's just say that the Dragon King has an ability that literally nukes everything on the field ahead of his position (and in his blindspot).
It's called Meltdown.
The resulting Desintegration Wave thing is quite nasty.
Though it shouldn't trigger too early in the fight, as it has some conditions that need to be met.
Also, you can get nuclear powered weapons for your survivors.
