So what kind of deck do you reckon Churchill, Roosevelt, and Stalin would use?

Dunno but Hitler would most definitely run his waifu

Why's Nissa, Hitler's waifu?

Idk about any other format but in edh:
Churchie: pillowfort
Stalin: Goblin/artifact tribal
Roosevelt: red/white/blue storm or possibility storm shenanigans

You are Sir Fetch the Nightfeather, and you are doing battle with a demon you have defeated once before, so that he can reclaim his honor.
You'd probably do the same in his position, honestly.
>>46044459Vox is good and everyone loves him
>>46044459
You let go of Miles' thigh, just in time to be missed by his grasping hand, and sprint through his legs. You cluck loudly, and hear his snarl in rage when your brother pecks him in the back of the knee. A thoughtless kick sends your skeletal companion rolling across the stone floor.
"Fetch, are you okay?" River calls.
"Stay out of it," you and Miles answer back, at the same time.
"I'm watching a demon warrior fight a talking chicken zombie and no one is going to believe me when I tell them later," one of the hostages mutters.
You dodge a series of kicks, staying quick on your feet, and peck at the demon's leg on your way past. The deathly energies infusing your form do a lot more damage than the actual injury would indicate, and you can hear it in Miles' pained hisses and see it in his tense, frustrated motions.
"Fires below, /why are you so hard to kill/?" the demon complains. "You're literally a chicken!"
"I am Sir Fetch the Nightfeather, Bane of the Secondborn, and I am more than hard to kill. Surrender, seducer!"
"I /literally can't/," Miles complains. "Summoned, remember? I have orders, and I am not going to lose to you /twice/."
In the thick smoke, something sparks; flame, flickering to life all over Miles' armor and body.
Fuck. This might actually be trouble.
> Fighting retreat
> Charge! He'll never expect it!
> Surrender honorably. He has his victory...if he can deal with River

damn, we need to get distance so we can down him with our quills.

Are bombers and assaultcrafts really worth it? I can't say I'm a huge fan of them, they seem so hit and miss.
>>46044255
Is that the motherfucking Arcadia?
My jealousy knows no bounds.
>>46044255
Working on my more rogue like version now. Pretty fun with all the random events so far, but it looks like ship sizes will have to be much smaller for this to not take 8 hours to finish every game.
Hey /tg/ I'm starting a Horror campaign soon and I need some artwork of creepy/otherworldly creatures that look like elk/deer or have elk horns.
Also, general horror art request thread.
>>46044245
>"Yeah bro, pizza's here. We'll be right up."
That doesn't look like a scary monster. Freaky, maybe, but probably pretty chill.
What if you crash landed on an alien planet in perpetual darkness and with no technology at your disposal?
>>46046437
Sit in my spaceship til I died I suppose. Maybe an hero if there's no hope of rescue.
Greetings /tg/,
How do you djinn?
Specifically, what do they look like?
I have been working on a homebrew setting that includes djinn, but no not!arabia country.
I understand that djinn are generally monochromatic shapeshifters made of smokeless fire.
But what does their natural form look like?
Is their commonly depicted appearance of pointy ears, densely muscled, and semi gaseous based on anything?
I realize I can make my setting any way I choose, but I like to base things on original lore as much as I can.
(I also have pared down the large number of races who have pointed ears for no reason.)
Horns?
Ears?
Fashion sense?
Nobody?
Dumping various djinns any genie art then.
I suspect more powerful djinn can manifest in larger sizes.
Can we have a branching classes thread?
I guess I'll start if you won't.
How do you like your villains, /tg/?
Campy?
Smug fuck loved by the populace?
Complete psychopath?
Post examples if you got 'em
>>46043967
I love thematically appropriate villains.
>dark overlord wizard in fantasy
>corrupt military/ceo in modern
>rogue Ai in scifi future
Than again, I'm always a fan of "the man who sold his soul for power" in direct or indirect means. The sorcerer who bartered with a devil for power, only to be betrayed by his avarice. The rebel leader too invested in his ideals to see he's betrayed them for the cause. The doctor so he'll bent on life saving results he falls down the slippery slope of nazi superscience
The one thing I like in my villains is villainous-ness.
None of this 'but what if they're right, shades of grey' crap. The can be complex, they can have understandable motives, but at the end of the day, when you call someone a villain, I expect a mother fuckin' villain.
>>46043967
It depends on the game of course. In general though I enjoy either (i) cowardly, throwing all their henchman at the party and then running away, type of recurring villains, and/or (ii) powerful villains which you only encounter during the end of the game.
Hey, /tg/, what makes Pathfinder so much better then D&D?
>>46043692
Nothing.
It's arguably worse.
>>46043692
>>46043726
This. It's not much other than a slightly modified 3.5, and there's... not a whole lot that you could argue that makes it *better*.
Yeah, it's not much better. If you carefully select which rules you use it can be. The problem is that it has a lot of rule bloat.
Stop dying edition...

>Female DM
>the Queen of the Land has a harem
>the BBEG is a mother of monsters
>sometimes the Queen of the Land and the BBEG are the same character
Why is it always this way?
>>46043466
Perhaps your specific GM only knows one story. You should try discussing it with her.
My own female GM had no problem making a very male BBEG vampire Lord who had a harem and almost raped two PCs.
>>46043466
Because your DM is a woman, and knows that women are the true enemy.
My wizard powers are intact.

The only thing Hursk should be shipped with is a good character builder.

what do i do the rest of the time?
>>46042423
Seoni+Seoni. Done.
So some of my students found out that I play D&D and are now trying to set up a group, wanting me to be their DM. Nice kids, good grades, well behaved, I know their parents, teachers pets pretty much.
Should I?
How would you go about this?
Yes. You will be remembered 15+ years from now as the cool teacher who DMed for them as they reminisce fondly about their days of bygone youth.
