Probably not. In any format with Diabolic Revelation, this card gets blown out of the water. And as far as I'm aware, nobody played Revelation outside of EDH.
It might have some cute Madness interaction, but I wouldn't count on it. Seven mana up front leaves you with little to pay Madness costs.
Hopefully you were activating madness abilities and dumping your hand, and this is the last card in your hand. 3 demonic tutors for the price of 3.5, mana wise it's decent; honestly, diabolic tutor is fair price for that effect. I would like to chain these together, almost like sorcery speed dig through times. For full price. I bet legacy combo decks will like these, it sort of reminds me of the parallel to Lions eye diamond
Why does /tg/ hate mary sues so much?
>>46082629
Why do you fucking THINK we hate the poorly-written self-entitled, obnoxious, unrealistically perfect, flaswless, bland little shits, OP?
Fuck's sake; work on your bait.

If you're posting that comic and don't understand why, I fear you are already lost.
We must now ritually kill you and eat your cook flesh, as it is the only way to be sure the taint doesn't spread.

Exterminatus may be the only solution.
I will play an ork in the upcoming Rogue Trader campaign. How do I get the "ork accent" right?
>>46082407
Go find some video clips of random orc NPCs from WoW. I think their accent is fairly close to the 40k orks, at least enough to give you an idea.
>>46082407
Talk like a soccer hooligan, throw in made-up words, all "th" noises become "f" noises.
Remember it's not just accent; it's attitude. Challenge people to headbutt competitions, be the first to fight, get really excited about bigger, choppier/shootier weapons.
>>46082407
Play space marine with motherfucking Titus plenty of Orks there. Dawn of War has plenty more in it as well.

Bug World is as it says it is. A fantasy world of small arthropod species. Moth mages, Butterfly wizards, Stag Beetle warriors, Spider rangers and much more!
Last thread we talked a lot about scorpions, as well as had good discussion on further fleshing out some of the other races cultures, such as Moth Noh theater

and here's the legend
>grey-unexplored
>brown mountain- Mount Khepri, sacred site of the Beetles
>yellow-dessert, inhabited by scorpions(closer to the center) and scarab beetles(the outskirts)
>green island-bee island. The triangle is a dormant volcano, due to the bees attraction to heat
>light brown-land claimed by the wasp horde, northern half is tundra-esque.
>Mountain range and big lake-Butterflies and moths inhabit these lands
>Tan coast-CRAB. PEOPLE
>Big arrow-biggest crab town, largest port on the western continent.
>Green island-Mantis island
>Green blob on eastern continent-Jungle. Spiders and whatnot
>The eastern continent also has an inland sea now. Inland seas are neat
>Purple stars-scattered fly cities
How did the battle axe evolve without the versatility of a sword, the reach of a polearm, or the specialized armor penetration of the spiked or flanged mace? What exactly are axes good at, especially when taken into account that all armor defends against slashing first and foremost, and that even cloth armor is quite effective against slashing attacks?
It makes sense that existing tools for chopping wood might be repurposed for fighting in a time of great need, but axes purpose-built for fighting share very little in common with felling or splitting axes. I'm not arguing that axes are ineffective since clearly they are, I'm just curious what pressures drove people to develop crafting and fighting techniques for a seemingly inferior weapon.
>>46081321
>1. You've got it backwards
>2. There are youtube videos devoted to the practicality of axes on a battlefield
>>46081321
>especially when taken into account that all armor defends against slashing first and foremost, and that even cloth armor is quite effective against slashing attacks?
and how is that relevant in this case? axes aren't doing slashing attacks
>>46081321
They're cheap to make maintain and repair. Also Hacking =/= slashing

Let's keep the discussion going from last thread(sort of).
What sins have you committed against Humanity, or your whatever your splat-specific morality stat is?

One of my Demon players recently did a full transformation in front of a Stigmatic who was his Handler before his Fall, and proceeded to teleport as far away as he possibly could.
He took a Dramatic Failure on the ensuing Compromise roll and ended up taking the Hunted condition.
In case anyone missed it last thread, Gentlrman Gamer confirmed that we're finally getting mortal sorcerers in the Cleopatra Mummy setting in the Dark Eras Companion. They're roughly on par with Second Sight thaumaturges, and focus heavily on long ritual casting, apparently with enough material for a blue book.
Rejoice!
So is Requiem ever getting new books?
I hate how some gamelines get tons of blog posts and open development while others are utterly silent.

I just TPK'd my first group in Death House. All died except the tiefling (who had gills) to the ghouls, got back up and died again. Tiefling died from exhaustion, having jumped in the well.
Let them rewind, then they died shortly after to the mimic door. Get to do it to another grou on Saturday.
>>46079789
I nerfed most of the encounters in deathhouse. The players had fun and they never felt like it was too easy.
Does anyone make up prayers and stuff that their Cleric says when healing someone or before they go to battle or anything like that? What are they?
