Two new buttons on the list menu:

Copy to clipboard: Copies a text copy of the list to the clipboard. Works on Chrome and Firefox, may not work on Safari.

Permanent link: The button has a saveable link (right-click "copy link address" to save/post/whatever) to the list you're currently editing.

The permanent links generated are hideously long for now, but at some point in the near future I'll compress them to a more manageable size -- but, in any case, they work.

It's still faintly warm from when he tried to kill Roma.

Roma searches the paper-filed office (ugh, it's all... cellulose-like) and recovers 2x DataSticks hidden behind a lengthy manifest of catering supplies. The patients were not eating well.

Of more immediate interest is the [Master Key] the warden had which is likely to open all doors and command all electronic systems in the facility. It also looks like it grants access to his personal terminal, embedded in the cabinets.

The laughter continues for some time, the distortion that always accompanies the voice making it eerie and warbling, “So, that's it, huh? That's your big play, Starwind? Trying to turn my teammate on me? That's just dirty.” You can sort-of see the S-Slayer shrug at you from up above, mostly by the emerald trails of its shields, “Gimme a second. First things first. Keith...you trust me, right? You know there's a reason for everything I do, don't you?”

“Yes, that's why I'm angry. You didn't trust me enough to tell me about this.” The kid has a point, but he still sounds petulant.

“Is that hesitation I hear? Good job. Not trusting the First Mate of the most ruthless and twisted pirate band in the Belt is an excellent start. Girls, are you listening to this? Down in the depths of the behemoth land, through a tunnel dug deep from the shore exists a city known to many as “Septic.” Hylons, the chosen nobles of the brightest star- Hylios, regard the place barred from the grace of the scaffos with a sneering attitude, labeling it as a place of filth with no regard to the riches that the many drezhar families have gathered.

Homes and tunnels are gilded, seawater flows freely through a treatment center run by chemists that purify the water for drinking. Firestones light up the tunnels with an ambiance like a permanent night sky, even some plants grow in these depths with wide irrigated fields dug out of the chamber.

In the Herb and Chemistry ward, the fumes of potions and broths are as potent as opiates that linger in the air being smoked from long pipes. Unlike the city of Cleptesse above, what would be greed in Drezhar's eyes is replaced by the shimmer of fulfillment and the pursuit of creation and manipulation of the world around them. Looking closely, one could see the vents carved out of stone to filter air through keeping the cavern systems a nice ambient temperature.

Within Madame Oleandre's shop, you witness this Drezhar woman's eyes pierce through you, tossing your anonymity aside like a veil. You can't tell how old she is by her face, but by her eyes with the way they look at the world, take it in and intuitively know. Her Drezharion scales are violet and her eyes the faint color of lilac. Her face as a whole however does not bear the rest of the arche's reptilian features, instead bearing features of Namour in the suppleness of her feminine features, and Arafleur in the vinelike swirls coming off of her eyes.

“Why are you standing around as if witnessing an exposition?” Oleandre clicks her tongue, “You've got things to be doing, people to be saving, haven't you?” The woman's lips curl into a softly alluring smile.

“Ah, sorry... I must have spaced out there for a moment.” You giggle out an apology as you take the sizeable flask of anacoma potive by the neck. It's heavy to the point that you need to put your other hand under to keep it from slipping from your grip.

“How dare you imply that I should no longer be Hylon, you hallucinogenic crone!” Victoria's fingernails dig into the counter as she yells at the proprietor. “I hope this savage little hole of yours collapses on your idioti- mmff!” The Hylon muffles through Odette's grip over her mouth whom pulls the Hylon girl back.

“I apologize for my... daughter's outburst. I'll discipline her later.” Odette swears through her teeth as she drags Victoria away from the counter. The girl scratches wildly as she tries to get away, yet to no avail.

Oleandre's smile never faded through the entire debacle, simply and dreamily watching the spectacle. “Two persons gone, is there anything the last one wants?”

Welcome back folks!
Glad to be back, it's been hell trying to run this again.

This is the Red Throat Ghoul Quest where you play as a tribe of undead Ghouls as they live and grow in the tunnels and sewers under a metropolis thick with danger and pollution. There are many enemies that would love to do the tribe harm but the tribe does have friends to help it in it's times of need.

For those of you that are new there is a Recap thread to bring folks up to speed and also a rather extensive backlog of the previous 46 threads of this quest.

I mean i can't just throw goofy shit out of the blue. The campaign itself isn't this edgy grimdark setting, and the rest of the party is doing a good job. I don't want to penalize all my PC's by trivializing their story arcs with goofy shit just because one PC is trying to constantly steal the spotlight.

It's a unique narrativist *World setting I made just for this thread, with a single playbook and a single rule. I'm thinking of creating a kickstarter for it, it'd hit $100,000 at least.

You are going to have to make your own we get this every week and nobody has a concrete system. There are apparently some systems out there that are already made I've heard that only one or two of them are good but you still have to be able to read moon to understand them. For what it's worth if there's enough information on a week he's out there for stats pick a system of your choice and make a conversion I'd say GURPS but that's just me

Wow... Throwing 40 dice sounds boring. You're never going to get a lone line infantry taking out a tag(I think they're called dreadnaughts) when it's ballanced around that many dice. I don't like burst 5 weapons, they're too reliable for this reason, 5% chance to crit on each too, but I guess I also hate the idea of dividing through firing lines.

"My dudes are literally a millimeter behind one another, don't peek out your base a millimeter to only face one...". Anyone else get frustrated by this, it's like you can only get to ARO with two models if one is in hidden deployment.

How does a grappling hook work? Had some conflicts with my last game.

Let's ask the first question, does a grappling hook/arrow/bolt need a specific orientation or placement for it to work? Some wordings says target object or structure with out stating what form it is?
Example: Steadfast Grapple

If yes, we can try and answer the next questions, if the rest is moot.

Next lets go with a normal Grappling Hook. I assume when you throw it, it has to catch a lip i.e. position A. But can a grappling hook be thrown and used like in C?

Now Grappling Arrow/Bolt. Do they function as A? or do they function as B? My thinking is that because you are firing an object it has the force or strength to lodge itself. OR that you are only firing to get effect A cause throwing it is harder. I side on B cause 2 other objects(while magical) reference that it hits the smooth surface or whatever. Cornerstone Crossbow. It mentions "to anchor on corners and walls of structures". Another item is the Caver's Bolt. It says "chooses a solid surface within weapon range".

Now if Grappling Arrows/Bolt do B is true, another question comes up. I read somewhere that removing a grappling arrow/bolt is a strength check vs the attack which hit the wall.
i.e. Ranged attack roll with a crossbow is 1d20+8 and I get an 18. That beats an AC of 5 to hit the target object/structure. Now to remove said arrow/bolt I need a strength check vs DC 18. Can anyone source me on this? I read it somewhere or maybe I was imagining things.

This will be a combat-focused game (though not necessarily 100% combat-focused) wherein you invade Hell, battle legions of devils, and fight every unique devil on d20pfsrd.com. Asmodeus has gone missing, an extremely powerful angel has taken his place, and the angel has sent out a call challenging heroes to take the throne from him.

25 point buy. Roll for hit points or take the average, but you must decide beforehand. No Unchained rules. Third-party material (e.g. Dreamscarred Press) is looked upon leniently.

Characters are supposed to be CR 20 (yes, CR) and can be built from any combination of class levels, monster races (25 point buy applies, NOT the +4/+4/+2/+2/+0/–2 array), templates (e.g. Agile mythic template), mythic tiers, and PC/NPC wealth. CR must be calculated appropriately, exempting the point buy.
