Lets see....Tyranids want to eat all life in the galaxy. Chaos want to eat all life in the galaxy, well not just that all matter and time. So why would Chaos try to stop the Tyranids when they have the same goal? Not really. Tyranids are tools to forward Chaos's ultimate plan to consume all reality. At best Chaos would strike down the Tyranids whenever they get a way of their fun like what happened in Baal System when the Great Rift came to Baal and consumed the Tyranid fleet but harmed nothing else. Besides we already know that Chaos extends out of the galaxy and out this universe. What is one galaxy to them?

Truth be told I can see them being Plantlife Shifters during TSW and also being sane.

In modern WtF they've become crazed monsters who turn into from nonliving wooden objects into twisting cracking masses of dead wood.

This only happened because their Patron Spirit went full Magath and the corruption within his Essence spread to them.

So the Shifters as a whole went from Alec Holland to Mr Wood.

Teehee Maccaroni is the bane of my fucking existence.

Every fucking campaign that my GM runs inevitably at some point involves running into an NPC named "Teehee Maccaroni," who the GM affectionately describes as "an epic level sorcerer who's also a retarded nudist gnome."

Teehee Maccaroni wander the countryside with a unique Rod of Wonders powered by "retard magic" shoved up his anus, and he casts the Rod of Wonders by diddling his penis. He says nothing but his own name in different inflections and the phrase "I like-a the goodberry, gimme gimme the goodberry." The GM thinks it's hilarious to have this character show up during the middle of encounters we're struggling at and start jerking off magic everywhere.

But the worst part is his chant. He wanders around chanting his name, so when he's about to show up the GM will start low;
Tee-hee-hee, Maccaroni Maccaroni
Tee-hee-hee, Maccaroni Maccaroni
And then get louder and louder until he's fucking shouting
TEE HEE HEE, MACCARONI MACCARONI!
TEE HEE HEE, MACCARONI MACCARONI!

And the table loves it! The other guys I play with think this is the best shit! Teehee Maccaroni has been our table's de-facto inside joke, our signature "running gag" for six years now. When that chant starts up, everyone else joins in like a ritual; the whole table is expected to start chanting "TEE HEE HEE, MACCARONI MACCARONI" by the end, and every fucking time I refuse because this is some embarrassing circa-2002 Penguin of Doom shit, it's always the same thing; "There goes user again! No fun allowed around user! Anon's just a big grouch who's getting angry because we're making him touch Teehee Maccaroni's penis again! Why won't you just let us have fun with this character, he's just here for dumb fun, you stick-in-the mud!"

These motherfuckers are all over 25 years old.

Teehee Maccaroni is going to be the death of me.

I made a tribal warrior kensei who specializes in maul, blowgun and whip. He focueses on heavy damage with maul+flurry of blows, with the blowgun to apply poisons from range and the whip because I couldn't really think of anything else that might apply.

All a monk is is a spiritual warrior who focuses mainly on unarmed combat and "peasant" weapons. Every culture has these and, with archetypes, you can expand even further. So, to answer your question; use your imagination.

Mine are basically Greco-Roman scholars and philosophers who are also pugalist because they believe in training the mind as well as the body.

They typically serve as tutors to wealthy sons and daughters looking to get into various positions within the Empire so it's not unusual that some Imperial official, though might work from a desk, could go toe to toe with some would be adventurer

There are unarmed fighting styles all over the world, OP.
Everyone--every culture, every place--had their own twist on "murder dude with hands."

Bretty gud. Impulse draw is awesome, and I love it, but the costing for it is really difficult because it favors decks loaded with cheap spells, since any card you can't cast/play is sort of wasted. This alleviates that issue nicely. I'm not 100% sure about the costing though, since the base spell, Act on Impulse, is 2R, and this one will usually get three cards in RW, at least, if you don't rush casting it. And you get the benefit of using those creatures to ensure you get to cast at least something. I think 1RW is too expensive though. Maybe it's okay.
