This is the cover for the player's book. The Field Guide to Hot Springs Island is written "in character" for the world, and is an in game object. Players are encouraged to reference it at the table to help identify plants or monsters that are eating their companions.

Field Guide - A translator for elven and ancient runes is included. We're in the process of making these runes into a font so the GM can type up and print out any sort of messages they'd like to taunt their group with.

Aside from that, if you're not looking to min-max super hard, you're best off focusing on self-buffs. Mirror Image, Flight, Haste, ect. You're pretty much a fighter with super powers. Focusing on direct-damage magic will just leave you feeling like an inferior wizard, since you get higher-level spell slots slower. It's also worth noting, that since self-buffs can't fail, you don't need a huge intelligence investment to sue them, leaving you free to put the points into other much-needed stats.

Though, personally as OP, I have a dickton of Open Source characters I've drawn and written up profiles for; requiring only creator-credit to use. I ain't going to link my masterpost here, because linking such things on 4chan is like throwing raw meat to jackals, but let it be said that I do put my money where my mouth is.

Pic related, it's one of my recent Open Source characters, one of the few that're fully public domain. I'd blather about its concept, but I don't want to be too much of a self-promoting whore...

Canonicity: Original Six books are in. Dune Encyclopedia is in, except where contradicted by the original six, or otherwise overruled. Movies, TV series, games and Brian Herbert novels are out, except for some elements of their visual design.

Action 1
Now is a GREAT time fore some live field practice of making repairs while being bombarded.

It is what we planned to do anyway.

Ginny use CopyCat and try to mimic some of the Omitar's ability to make repairs while under fire, and teach it to our own forces/bots.

Action 2
Biggy keep up the bombs, we've got to keep stalling for time until reinforcements show or Jal wins.

Pilot Hero keep up the firepower with our behemoths and tank forces, and your own vehicle of course. Have the Behemoths and heavy tanks buckle down behind cover while any fast/lighter vehicles follow Pilot heros lead.

Roy is still missing I presume?

If I cast Maelstrom Wanderer and one of the cards I cascade is a board wipe does the Maelstrom Wanderer get effected by this?

It will not! Cascade fires off when you cast your Wanderer, so you'll have two Cascade triggers on the stack above Maelstrom Wanderer (the spell). One of those triggers resolves, you find a spell and cast it, that spell resolves. Then the next trigger resolves, find a spell and cast it, that spell resolves. THEN Wanderer resolves.

Since it's asking 'your,' why don't you actually answer by citing your own experience in your preferred system instead of contributing literally nothing?

Anyway, OP, the general answer is to start with small-scale and work your way up. Generally something related to petty crime or problems that will become worse the longer they're ignored is a good choice, something that the general populace isn't capable of doing until they've gotten cash together to get someone with skills and expertise to take care of it.
